Gelateria 900 In Piacenza

A very nice, kind, polite and good at working Colombian girl recently arrived. The place has acquired a lot of value with her.

Bar 900 – Where the coffee is strong, but the baristas are stronger! If you’ve never been to Bar 900 in via Taverna in Piacenza, either you’re a teetotaler… of happiness, or you don’t know what you’re missing! This bar is a paradise for gourmets with a caffeine-addicted soul and a greedy heart. As soon as you enter, you’re hit by a scent that’s halfway between a grandmother’s hug and George Clooney’s hug in front of a moka. But the real twist comes later: the two baristas. And here begins an adventure novel in the style of a coffee-amarcord. On one side we have Sarica, the Mauritian barista, who prepares your espresso with such grace that for a moment you feel like you’re sipping a sunset over the Indian Ocean. On the other, there’s the Colombian barista, who serves cappuccinos and smiles as if she were filming a commercial for Colombian national happiness. It is not known whether the clouds of coffee she prepares are whipped cream or the air of celebration. The coffee? So good that it makes you reevaluate the choices of your life. The ice cream? Stuff that even your taste buds start dancing salsa with those of your tongue. The flavors vary from "classic that does not betray" to "oh god, but is all this pleasure in a cone legal?". And then... the cakes. There is one for every cardinal sin, and if you do not make at least three wrong choices in front of the counter, you are not human. There is the chocolate cake that looks at you and says: "Come on, just a bite..." and when you give it to it... goodbye diet, hello Nirvana. Bar 900 is the kind of place where you go in for a coffee and leave with 800 more calories and the phone number of happiness (spoiler: it is engraved on the bottom of the cup). Rating: 10/10 - I would go back even if it were on Mars. I went in for a coffee 😊 nice guy.. then for the ice cream etc. I'll redo the review..

The location and the place are not exceptional but the ice cream is good, certainly above average in the city.
