While passing through Chiavari, we stopped for lunch at this rotisserie. The place is very basic, as is the service, but I have to say the food was good. The prices are reasonable; if you're in the area, it's worth a try.

Both the first and second courses were good. I'll definitely be back.

Located in a location that's not easily visible to tourists, this makes it a popular meeting place for locals. The interior is welcoming and familiar, with a display case full of homemade dishes. This causes a problem for service, as there's no way to order, so much so that we saw two people (who arrived after us) walk past us. As for the dishes, the portions were generous, and the thing to be appreciated is that they prefer to offer the most traditional dishes with exceptional quality; it's clear they strive to maintain a high standard for their customers. Aside from the service, the only downside is having to repeatedly have a train pass by just a few meters away.

We were looking for a deli for a quick lunch, and we discovered a corner of paradise for our stomachs! Friendly service and good food just steps from the sea. Prices are moderately high, but perfectly reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients and the proximity to the sea. We'll definitely be back every time we're in the Chiavari area.
