It is a bakery, pastry shop and delicatessen with a wide choice also for vegans. My husband and I had lunch here during our stay over the Christmas holidays, we found everything delicious and even the vegan desserts were excellent. Very kind staff!

Just left the venue, excellent offer. Disappointment regarding the uneducated staff and lack of professionalism towards passing customers.

11/01/2025: Ice cream bar in the center, excellent ice cream, excellent whipped cream and excellent coffee. Small internal space, many outdoor tables, very popular in summer and winter. Professional and very kind staff.
23/12/2024: Usually a good bar with great food and service. In fact, I've always had a good time, until today because today's bartender was "aggressive" towards customers, ordering customers to shut up and also to wake up. Unlike the usual polite and kind staff.

22/11/2024: Excellent and comfortable hotel for the city of Faenza and its surroundings. Ample parking, a significant advantage compared to a hotel located in the historic centre. It shows its age but the very kind service staff overshadows the small defects of age
