A place I frequented several years ago, and as then you can count on the tasty pizzas and the kindness of the staff. I chose Gambrinus to celebrate my father's birthday, he was very satisfied with the tagliolini with sea bass, while my mother and I went without fail with the pizzas. At the end of the dinner, an exquisite tiramisu could not be missing 😋😋

Not a tourist trap! Around the corner of the thoroughfare. Quiet location compared to the insta pizzeria next door. Excellent pizza. Bavarian beer if anyone likes that. But of course also Italian wine. Grandma serves here! A real insider tip!

Visiting Bolzano for the first time this place was just around the corner from where we were staying. It was late and we didn’t want to go far. We were very pleasantly surprised. The food arrived quickly, was very very good, very generous primi piaitti portions and the pizza was great. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

04/08/2024: During our stay we came 3 times and we were pleasantly surprised. The dishes are excellent, you feel that everything is homemade with fresh produce. The welcome is perfect. The staff is super friendly and attentive, you immediately feel good. It's really nice to see so much kindness. The menu also offers delicious local specialties and it was a real treat. And then, the dogs! They are adorable and bring a unique ambiance. For animal lovers, this is a real plus. In summary, a restaurant where you eat very well and where you feel at home. I highly recommend !
