Every time we pass by here... traveling over 700 km from home, it's a must-see. Excellent food served with a smile...great.

Long-rising pizza, very good!! The fillings are made with excellent ingredients, the calzones are delicious, and there are also some first courses for lunch, very good arrosticini, decent grilled meats, good beer, helpful and friendly staff, it feels like eating at an old friend's house, and the outdoor pergola with a sea view is lovely for summer days.

I had one of the best pizzas ever, truly fantastic! I wasn't thrilled with the arrosticini, but they were okay. The only downside is the parking lot, which is unfortunately in a really bad condition.

I came to Silvi in ​​March to visit some friends, they showed me their best spots and the Pizzeria Gallonero restaurant is one of them and I 100% approve. Very good and authentic pizzas with fresh products, antipasti too, and a very friendly welcome. See you next year for sure!

Nice atmosphere, unfortunately the meat did not live up to expectations

The restaurant is located in a quiet hamlet of Silvi, on the roadside, with a large parking lot. There is plenty of seating, but mostly outdoors in a garden with olive trees, enlivened by a few kittens. We visited on a Saturday evening in early September and it was almost full: reservations are highly recommended. The reservation time was respected, and our orders were taken promptly. The appetizer was served in a reasonable amount of time, but the subsequent wait for the pizzas (4) exceeded half an hour, without any explanation. Furthermore, we observed a couple who arrived after us receive their pizzas significantly earlier. The lack of staff to handle the large number of guests was also evident from the tables left untidy for a long time. It's a shame about this inconvenience, as the dishes are delicious: the cheese and egg balls are large and flavorful, while the pizza, cooked in an open wood-fired oven, has a surprisingly light crust. Dogs are welcome.

Delicious pizza, and a great atmosphere. It was super busy on Fridays. The staff were incredibly friendly and relaxed despite the crowds. Highly recommended!

A wonderful evening with fantastic food 👍🍷Very friendly and accommodating staff❤️My daughter had asked for pasta dishes, which weren't on the menu (but they did have fantastic pizzas and focaccia (which isn't common in Germany, it was a dream, especially the one with burrata). The waiter promptly came over and offered her three possible pasta dishes. She chose padra with tomato sauce and meatballs, which was also excellent. All in all, a super beautiful and very tastefully decorated restaurant with great attention to detail. The "Vino della Casa" is also very tasty and highly recommended. We will spend our last evening there as well and try even more delicacies. A table has already been reserved 👍👍🍷Grazie tanti.
