Fusion Restaurant In Lecce

Quite intimate and welcoming location. We tasted several courses, letting the host advise us. Personally, I really enjoyed the first courses, especially the rice spaghetti with fish, and I was literally delighted with the basil and passion fruit sorbet. Finally a restaurant that impeccably caters to my food allergy needs, even when it comes to dessert! Definitely coming back to continue this magnificent taste experience with other dishes. I recommend it to sushi lovers and beyond!

My wife and I are always enthusiastic about eating at this restaurant. this time we were with our children and even they really enjoyed it, especially the demonstration by the chef who came and prepared nigiri for us at our table. All the dishes were well presented and tasty. Very good value for money. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Ricordavo fusion come uno dei migliori sushi di Lecce ed effettivamente il livello del cibo continua ad essere alto. La location, invece, è decisamente peggiorata. Pavimento sporco, la mia poltroncina con capelli e persino il bicchiere necessitava di essere rilavato. La musica troppo alta rendeva poco rilassante l’ambiente.

A restaurant like few others in Lecce, very attentive to care and detail. I ate well and with the right portions. The enlargements were top quality and the dishes on the very varied menu are full of dishes with ingredients that mixed together leave you with flavors that you will remember for a long time and will want to try again. I personally felt pampered like at home. They didn't pay me to do this review and you just need to go there to understand that they really pay attention to detail and excellence. For a high-end restaurant the prices are quite low and this is no small thing considering the constantly renovated location in which you will be immersed. Having said this, all I can do is wish you, Bon Apetit! I hope they always continue to work like this and have this mentality and attention towards the customer.

Very refined environment but above all the service is truly excellent, the food is also highly refined in the use of raw materials.

I have been frequenting this restaurant since the beginning, I have always been a big fan of their philosophy and their cuisine. Over the years I have witnessed their high moments (very high) but alas also their lows. From my last experience (I hadn't been there for a few years) I had the impression of a restaurant looking for redemption with the desire to cling to those periods of undisputed glory! But none of this unfortunately. Minimal furnishings with soft lighting are not enough to mask the years of the location, which in my opinion would require a real (radical) renovation. Ok the scented courtesy napkin, the guys in the room do their best to make you feel like you are in a high quality restaurant, but unfortunately the substance is missing!!! And it's not just a factor of, do you eat well or do you eat badly, because after all the cuisine isn't bad, the ingredients are of good quality and the dishes are prepared well... nothing more is enough. I'm sorry to leave this review, considering that I have wonderful memories in this restaurant, but the comparison with past years is necessary and insurmountable for me.
