@beatrice bonalda I don't usually respond to reviews but in this case I had to. Your order was for 8.30pm. While she was waiting she saw, as she said, people coming out with pizzas. This is simply because other people also ordered before her and it's a sign that my boys and I weren't sitting there idly watching each other. It's true, you're right, we were 15 minutes late with your order, we're sorry even if we believe that it's something that could happen at a time of crowded orders and on a Sunday evening. When it was time to deliver the pizzas, the gentleman accompanying her turned to the boy at the cash register with a rude tone and raising his voice, to which I allowed myself to intervene, deciding to give you your money back. Because faced with lack of respect and rudeness, the economic aspect takes second place. Bad customers!!!
