More than a grill. The dishes are excellent, with the specialty being meats, carefully selected and beautifully presented. The wine list is excellent. Service is slow.

Ristorante meraviglioso, scelta coraggiosa aprire un ristorante di carne a Piombino dove tutti lavorano pesce, ma se questo ristorante avesse aperto in una città avrebbe liste di attesa di un mese. Siamo stati a mangiare per pranzo ed abbiamo assaggiato dei piatti fantastici, dalla degustazione di crudo al wagyu italiano affinato per un anno. Il ristorante si presenta benissimo, bello ed elegante ed un plauso va al titolare che ha una passione ed una professionalità fuori dal comune. Ci rivedremo presto,bravissimi

Oggi ho avuto il piacere di pranzare con la mia famiglia in questo fantastico ristorante e non posso che fare i complimenti! La carne era semplicemente ottima, cotta alla perfezione e dal sapore straordinario. L’ambiente è accogliente e molto curato, con una presentazione dei piatti che rispecchia davvero l’attenzione ai dettagli del locale.
