We've been to the mushroom place several times, and our choice has always been the sweet one. But that's always been our choice because, let's say, we're a bit of a creature of habit. But I can say that since we decided to change our minds for once and try the salto, it's been something exceptional. I'm not saying this because I want to belittle the sweet one, because that too is something extraordinary, but that salto has a certain Marica. I think you have to try it at least once because it's worth it. Then you realize that when you go, you'll be spoiled for choice—that's what we are—so we choose the salto first as a small dinner and then the sweet one to finish.
