Inside the Rocca Brancaleone, you can enjoy exquisite dishes courtesy of chef Marco Luongo, whom I've admired since he ran the Akamì restaurant in a highly unusual setting on Ravenna's dock (sadly closed for renovations, let's say landscaping, and the sale of land earmarked for the construction of a large hotel). I won't dwell too much on the regional cuisines honored every other month to enrich the national culinary culture, but I want to emphasize that, in my opinion, the tagliatelle al ragù served here would surpass those that the great Santarcangelo poet Tonino Guerra called "Tagliatelle mondiali" by Zaghini (which I tried). But the guanciale on cabbage puree? Excellent! As are the cappelletti, pasta e fagioli, and the forays into Japanese cuisine... All in a pleasant atmosphere with friendly and attentive service.

After last year's bagna cauda, which I hope we'll repeat this year, we returned for the game evening...what can I say...again speechless! Everything was amazing! And every time...it's like coming home...a treat after a long journey. Thank you ❤️

Today, for the first time, I had brunch (Barcelona-themed) at Fuler. We were warmly welcomed into a welcoming and charming atmosphere, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy the outdoor garden. Pleasant jazz music played in the background.
The food was truly excellent and plentiful, with various savory specialties, including tapas, sandwiches, olives, cherry tomatoes, and feta, bacon, scrambled eggs... and above all, a wonderful paella... truly excellent.
I recommend this place for a relaxing Sunday morning and to enjoy excellent food.

I finally got to go to Fuler! Truly fantastic food, everything was meticulously prepared, excellent service, and a perfect location (Rocca Brancaleone), especially in the summer because it's divine. The chef advised us on our dish selection; we couldn't have made a better choice! I hope to try the pinsa soon. I really like this place because it always offers alternative dishes and cuisines not just from Romagna. Going there is definitely a must. Thank you for the wonderful evening you gave my husband and I!
