I've been coming to this restaurant since it opened, when the spirit was distinctly Mexican. Even then, the food was excellent. The food was high-quality, as were the ingredients, and the staff were friendly. I've returned several times over the years and have seen a significant evolution. The cuisine has shifted primarily toward pizza, though they also offer burgers, desserts, and other dishes. What can I say? It used to be an excellent restaurant, now it's almost perfect. The pizza is incredibly good, especially the dough and the mix of flours used. Top-quality ingredients and an excellent selection of pizzas. I highly recommend it! Among the best pizzas in Sicily.

Tasty pizza with quality ingredients, but paying 2 euros for the addition of sauce (just a thin layer, by the way) and another 3 euros for truffle oil in place of fig jam seems really excessive to me... my pizza, which was 16 euros, ended up costing 21.
