Excellent restaurant in the heart of Val di Fiemme. 3 tasting menus of your choice + a la carte menu in perfect combination with the wines, or gin, or soft drinks. Each dish is a work of culinary art. The girl is very good with service. Fabulous experience.

I will be brief, because the menu, the service, the location, the people have created a magical combination. 🍴 The menu: sublime. There was even a UNESCO heritage bread the service: low profile, very high performance (cit) the location: you fall in love with Varena at the first meeting and then the modern restaurant room but which maintains the stone and ancient wood people: they always make the difference 📙 And then there's this little orange booklet on the table. @teritoria A community of restaurateurs and hoteliers chaired by Alain Ducasse makes up Teritoria, a guide of 430 addresses which follows Les Collectionneurs, dedicated to those who love to travel in a sustainable way and seek authentic experiences 👋🏼 Greetings Parmesan foam and cumin bread powder Beetroot and radicchio, creme fraiche and vinegar gel Asparagus panna cotta, white asparagus tartare and pink pepper Egg poached egg, courgette brunoise and citrus soy caramel Polignano carrot glazed with sweet and sour sauce and puffed amaranth Tasting menu The Sea and the Garden Seared scallop, cheese and pepper, fresh broad beans Genovesini rigati Felicetti, black truffle Slice of salmon, carrot and beetroot sauce Pavlova, Chantilly cream, red fruit coulis, vanilla sauce and then there are the final greetings... the small pastry shop, which in addition to being delicious, is good for the heart ❤️

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo scelto la sera di San Valentino per provare questo ristorante. Che dire, il locale è davvero molto coccolo, intimo, caldo e accogliente! Il personale gentilissimo e molto preparato. Non sono mancati i sorrisi, la cortesia, la spiegazione dei piatti e dell'abbinamento con i drink (noi abbiamo scelto analcolici, tre bevande ricercate e raccontate nel dettaglio). Un'attenzione che abbiamo gradito molto è stata la non invadenza del personale, che dopo la spiegazione dei piatti ci lasciava con un sorriso a goderci il nostro momento. Il cibo era squisito, l'accompagnamento di pane caldo e croccante e la piccola pasticceria servita con il caffè? un sogno ad occhi aperti! Il costo assolutamente commisurato all'experience, ci torneremo e lo consigliamo!

Excellent experience, 3 tasting menu choices all very inviting. Correct service on time and in approach. High quality and very careful details. The "welcome" treats and the small "farewell" pastries are also excellent. Account appropriate to the quality and certainly to be recommended.

ho sempre detto che il momento migliore per visitare uno stellato è quando ancora la stella non è stata assegnata. è il caso del Frosh. stella in arrivo, locale bellissimo, caldo, accogliente. piatti che ti sorprendono, sapori che ti affascinano. un privilegio esserci stato....e tornarci presto. prezzo davvero onesto.

10/06/2025: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The best pizza we've ever eaten! We spontaneously visited the pizzeria without a reservation on Whit Monday and immediately got a table for two on the terrace. The service was very friendly, and we immediately felt very comfortable. The atmosphere was also pleasantly quiet, not crowded like many other places. Our recommendation: The "Pizza Pizza" is excellent! A very tasty crispy crust, topped with prosciutto and arugula. They don't skimp on the ham at all, and the arugula is chosen to perfectly complement the cheese. Absolutely outstanding! For dessert, we had tartufo, highly recommended with both chocolate and vanilla. After our first experience, we immediately made a reservation for the next evening and had the same great experience. A clear recommendation; if we're ever here again, we'll only go there! --- The best pizza we've ever had! We visited the pizzeria spontaneously without a reservation on Pentecost Monday and immediately got a table for two on the terrace. The service was very warm and friendly, and we felt comfortable right away. The atmosphere was pleasantly calm, not overcrowded like many other places. Our recommendation: the "Pizza Pizza" is excellent! Deliciously crispy crust, topped with prosciutto and arugula. They definitely don’t skimp on the ham, and the arugula is carefully chosen to pair perfectly with the cheese. Absolutely excellent! For dessert, we had Tartufo—both chocolate and vanilla versions are highly recommended. After this first experience, we immediately made a reservation for the next evening, which turned out just as great. Clear recommendation—if we ever come back here, we’ll only eat there! --- La migliore pizza che abbiamo mai mangiato! Visit to the pizzeria spontaneously in the sun of Pentecoste and serve a table on the terrace. The service is made up of a large cordial and is sent to us on the other side. Even the atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil, not affollata came from other places. Il nostro consiglio: the “Pizza Pizza” is excellent! Crosta delicious croccante, with prosciutto crudo and arugula. Not si risparmia sul prosciutto, e la rucola è scelta in modo da abbinarsi perfectamente al formaggio. Davvero eccezionale! Come dessert abbiamo preso il Tartufo—sia al cioccolato che alla vaniglia, entrambi molto consigliati. Dopo la prima esperienza abbiamo subito prenotato per la sera successiva, ed è stato di nuovo tutto perfecto. Raccomandazione chiara—se torneremo da queste parti, mangeremo solo lì!

27/05/2025: We went to Trattoria Aquila Nera for lunch on the occasion of my partner's birthday, and the experience was simply perfect. The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with wooden furnishings that convey all the authenticity of Trentino tradition. The menu is full of typical dishes: we tried canederli, strangolapreti, polenta with venison, pork shank and rabbit, all cooked in an excellent way and served in generous portions. You can perceive the authenticity of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen. A true triumph of local flavors! Not to mention the various grappas produced by them. A special applause to Mrs. Lucia, very kind and attentive, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with her hospitality. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic cuisine, a family atmosphere and an experience that goes beyond simply "going to a restaurant".
04/05/2025: The Aquila Nera restaurant was a real surprise. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a rustic touch that makes you immediately feel at home. The staff is very kind and attentive to every detail. I tasted the rabbit, the venison with polenta and the apple strudel: all the dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh, excellent quality ingredients. The venison was particularly tender and tasty, and the strudel was the perfect end to an unforgettable meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try true Trentino cuisine."
