Excellent restaurant in the heart of Val di Fiemme. 3 tasting menus of your choice + a la carte menu in perfect combination with the wines, or gin, or soft drinks. Each dish is a work of culinary art. The girl is very good with service. Fabulous experience.

I will be brief, because the menu, the service, the location, the people have created a magical combination. 🍴 The menu: sublime. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo scelto la sera di San Valentino per provare questo ristorante. Che dire, il locale è davvero molto coccolo, intimo, caldo e accogliente! Il personale gentilissimo e molto preparato. Non sono mancati i sorrisi, la cortesia, la spiegazione dei piatti e dell'abbinamento con i drink (noi abbiamo scelto analcolici, tre bevande ricercate e raccontate nel dettaglio). Un'attenzione che abbiamo gradito molto è stata la non invadenza del personale, che dopo la spiegazione dei piatti ci lasciava con un sorriso a goderci il nostro momento. Il cibo era squisito, l'accompagnamento di pane caldo e croccante e la piccola pasticceria servita con il caffè? un sogno ad occhi aperti! Il costo assolutamente commisurato all'experience, ci torneremo e lo consigliamo!

Excellent experience, 3 tasting menu choices all very inviting. Correct service on time and in approach. High quality and very careful details. The "welcome" treats and the small "farewell" pastries are also excellent. Account appropriate to the quality and certainly to be recommended.

ho sempre detto che il momento migliore per visitare uno stellato è quando ancora la stella non è stata assegnata. è il caso del Frosh. stella in arrivo, locale bellissimo, caldo, accogliente. piatti che ti sorprendono, sapori che ti affascinano. un privilegio esserci stato....e tornarci presto. prezzo davvero onesto.
