We were 22 people for lunch. We had agreed on the menu a few days before with the owner, a truly fantastic person. The food was excellent, both in quality and in portions. The price was truly competitive and the service was impeccable despite the place being full and our table was for 22. Thank you so much. I highly recommend it.

Looking for a fraschetta near the castle, it seemed to be the only one, so enticed by the good reviews, we stopped for lunch. A simple place, divided into two areas that seem to be connected for the staff but not for the public: you enter on the left and sit down, while on the right you enter only to pay or perhaps even for takeout. In any case, you experience the same informal atmosphere as if you were in Ariccia, but less noisy and more polite: relaxed. Bracciano is a pleasant place, and the locals are no different: friendly staff, kindly explaining the menu, smiling young people, calm but responsive. We enjoyed a selection of cured meats and cheeses, a porchetta sautéed with tomato sauce, a portion of chicory, a portion of potatoes, a portion of lasagna, some wine, two sodas, some bread, and a small entrée. Everything was good and well-balanced. Wrapped cutlery, glass cups like I remember from my childhood (I'm almost 50), BUT disposable paper plates. It's a choice I'm not thrilled with, but I don't question, probably because—after some calculations—the restaurant's economics deemed it inconvenient to use ceramic/glass plates that would then be washed and not thrown away. I still think that for a small extra charge (on the cover charge/service charge) providing a real dish to those who come to eat at the table is a plus for the customer: I would have appreciated it. The option of writing a message on the blackboard wall with chalk is nice. Likewise, the idea of ​​leaving decks of cards for a quick game among diners is nice. It's a shame that the Neapolitan cards were missing, and the available decks (always regional) were missing a card. After visiting the castle, it's a definitely suitable stop for an informal lunch. Good food, reasonable price. Highly recommended.

La Moretta is one of those places that reconnects you. We're not talking about Michelin-starred frills (although their artisanal porchetta rivals the most renowned in Ariccia), but rather a place where the simple food and friendly staff are simply perfect. Every offering is accompanied by the expertise of a young and motivated staff. And the food is top-notch. For me, it's a must-try in Bracciano.

My friends and I stumbled upon this little restaurant where we decided to grab a quick lunch before heading to the lake. I must say we were very surprised and pleased with our choice, as we were greeted with a smile and felt right at home. We ate very well and in abundance; the platter included a portion of everything (which is almost unheard of when you order a platter), with excellent quality ingredients. I then ordered the first course of the day, the lasagna with porchetta ragù, which in my opinion was more like a stew than porchetta itself, but it was delicious nonetheless. I also think it's excellent value for money, especially since I love good food and was happy with the price. Highly recommended! N.B. It's worth noting that bread, cover charge, and service were included in the price!

The very spartan restaurant is divided into two rooms plus outdoor seating. Disposable plates, old-fashioned glasses, the ones from your grandparents' house, the ones that bring back memories. We ate excellent sausages, chicory, and a delicious parmigiana as the daily special. They make porchetta and other excellent products on site. The service is informal but very friendly. A fraschetta that has already reached the third generation. In short, a fraschetta without too many frills but with excellent food. The prices...very affordable.
