We arrived in Bracciano very late (3pm). All restaurant kitchens closed... And luckily!
We met at Fraschetta. Very kind! A phenomenal porchetta, like sausages! Very good meat! And we managed to see, by pure chance, Claudia's oven! An oven from the 1200s where porchetta is cooked for seven hours! True mastery! I highly recommend!

Great place, simple but at the same time warm and welcoming, excellent quality hot porchetta and not only that, mouth-watering cured meats and cheeses. It is possible to consume excellent platters and more on site or take away porchetta or whatever you want.

The first one was good. Nice place but perhaps a little too small for all those tables. Impeccable service despite the fact that a flask would perhaps allow some oversights to slip through. Excellent food: classic menu for the type of restaurant but everything good, from the cured meats to the "red porchetta". The side dishes were much appreciated

Siamo andati in gruppo e abbiamo ordinato bruschette, tagliere di salumi e formaggi, porchetta, contorni e alcune salsicce alla griglia.
Le bruschette erano abbondanti e ben farcite, ottimo il tagliere con marmellata di limone e miele per I formaggi il tutto con pane abbrustolito e due coppette con gambuccio condito piccante e testina di maiale. La porchetta è ottima , prodotta da loro, gradevole come sapore. Io e mia moglie abbiamo preso verdure grigliate e friarielli, buoni e saporiti. Ottime le salsicce anche loro accompagnate da bruschette

Dopo una breve visita al castello ci siamo fermati in questa fraschetteria! Prodotti tipici fatti da loro , bruschette alla matriciana e guanciale formaggi , salumi e bocconcini di coppa/prosciutto top! Da assaggiare anche la squisita porchetta al pomodoro e verdura sott’olio ! Una vera e piccola chicca vicino all’ingresso del castello di Bracciano ! Personale gentile e disponibile, Super consigliata!
