Fradis Minoris In

Excellent dining experience. Fradis Minoris is characterized by a menu full of local specialities. I tried the seafood tasting menu and was satisfied. The flavors were new and I noticed the attention to detail. The service was also excellent, in particular the waitress who served us, who was very attentive and precise in describing the dishes and paying attention to our lunch. The star is absolutely deserved and I really had a great experience, I only have a few personal notes to make on the portions, even having been to other starred restaurants. Some portions were really small and as you can see from the photos the pasta, octopus and grouper were very small, for a meal in which with wine and coffee tasting for 4 euros we spent 180 euros each I don't think it is necessary to save on these portions, I would definitely have eaten a little more, I'm not one who likes to fill up excessively but I must say that all four of us left still hungry. The dessert was fantastic but not very substantial, at the end of the meal I would have preferred something with more structure. The seaweed bread is exceptional, it should be more present and not just a small portion. With some changes I would go back, but it doesn't take away from the excellent work done. I hope the star is confirmed, they deserve it.

Beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. We chose to eat the sea green tasting and it was a good decision, the dishes and combinations were an explosion of flavours. Fantastic experience.

Fantastic food and wine, beautiful setting and great service. My only regret is ordering the 5 course menu instead of the 8!

Very beautiful place with great food. It is worth it. People with limited mobility may have a bit of a problem as the walk is a bit long.

Die Location ist atemberaubend schön in der Lagune gelegen und man sollte unbedingt, wenn möglich, vor Sonnenuntergang anreisen (das Restaurant öffnet am Abend um 19:30 Uhr). Dann kann man den Weg auf dem langen Steg (etwa 400m) zum Restaurant noch mehr genießen. Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig bis 20 Uhr) sind in der Nähe genügend vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und umsorgt. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich (wir hatten das 5 Gang Menü / Laguna e Dintorni) und es gibt neben einem Amuse-Bouche zum Start auch noch eine kleine Platte mit Köstlichkeiten aus der Lagune. Wir hatten einen tollen Abend!

Capitati per caso con mia moglie, ma curiosi di provarlo da anni posso affermare che abbiamo vissuto una vera e propria esperienza culinaria DA 110 e lode! Iniziamo con la location suggestiva, poi il personale è di una gentilezza e cortesia disarmante, sopratutto nella spiegazione dei loro piatti specificando e raccontando la tipologia dei loro prodotti a km zero. Iniziamo con la “ medusa “ una entreè ricca di sapore e decisamente positiva, proseguiamo con i loro inizio di assaggi vari, molto buono e dalle consistenze particolari. Iniziamo il percorso degustazione con ostriche e un loro preparato, da qui in poi la mia lode va alla pasta con la bottarga prodotta da loro, semplicemente divina. Consiglio vivamente per vivere un esperienza diversa ed unica!

Abbiamo cenato in una striscia tra mare e laguna in uno scenario che ti abbraccia; un percorso vegetariano è uno di pesce all’insegna della ricerca e della semplicità che non è facile far emergere. Ci sono riusciti soprattutto in crescendo, tutti gentili e preparati.

Non posso dire di aver mangiato male, ho solo immaginato che la materia prima fosse rispettata di più. Partiamo proprio dal fatto che alcuni sapori si sono persi strada facendo e che altri sono stati esaltati a tal punto da rendere alcuni piatti unici. Tutto nella media finché non è arrivato al tavolo il piatto di Culurgiones, esplosione di gusto difficile da dimenticare. Una nota positiva sono stati anche i due dolci. Avrei preferito dei piatti meno elaborati e più sinceri, capisco la ricerca ma a volte l'unicità sta nella tradizione. Non è possibile ordinare à la carte, ci sono menù fissi da 5 e 7 portate ma non è segnalato sul sito, almeno io non l'ho visto. Il ristorante si trova in un luogo magico tra cielo e mare raggiungibile in bici o a piedi, è all'interno di una riserva. La professionalità e la gentilezza dello staff sono unici, hanno risolto un mio problema e sono stati perfetti. Forse non ho capito la cucina dello chef perché sono abituato a qualcosa di meno elaborato.

Kesinlikle mükemmel bir atmosferde çok iyi hizmet ve çok güzel tatlarda yemek sunan bir restaurant.
