Before Christmas I went to this bakery, I bought various types of sweets and focaccia, all excellent!

Excellent baked goods. Fabulous focaccia and bread! At the bar next door you can have an excellent breakfast with baked products.

Confirming yourself at the Top is never easy, let alone taken for granted.

The first time two of us went for an aperitif... The second round we did four of us for the farinata.... The third time there were six of us for focaccia and farinata.... Before leaving, eight of us passed by.... I almost book already for ten for the next step..... Well done and I won't add anything else! This year too Stella was the destination of our evening pilgrimages without ever disappointing us (but we didn't doubt it!). Artisanal cakes also deserve attention.

Locale essenziale, noi ci siamo stati l'anno scorso e ci siamo tornati recentemente sempre per i taglieri di farinata, salumi e formaggi. Ottimi e anche abbondanti. Abbiamo anche "testato" le torte artigianali, ottime. Gestori cordiali e disponibili. Sicuramente consigliato

Excellent focaccia and baked goods

Very popular place, in the true meaning of "popular". You can have farinata with cheese and cured meats. I let the pictures speak for themselves.

The Bolla brothers could not add anything better to the San Martino focaccia, renowned among the Ligurians, also sold in the best bars on the coast from Varazze to Albisola at least, and with people who come to get it from Genoa to make a good impression on their colleagues to the focaccia competitions. I met some Milanese people who only remembered this oven from the entire area. Simply spectacular. Also the best bread I have ever eaten and many other very interesting specialties. The flaw with the oven was that it was only open in the morning. They could have extended the hours into the evening. Instead they did more: they opened the bar next to the bakery. Beautiful view, focaccia and farinata until late in the evening, drinks at very honest prices, for example, coffee still costs one euro: I don't remember other places in the North! In high season the place is crowded: it has brought the town back to life but it is when there are fewer people that its qualities can be appreciated more fully. Because they are very, very nice people (even the parents you will often find behind the counter). It can truly be a blessing to pass by when there is less flow for the pleasure of knowing splendid humanity.
