The service was great, very relaxed and friendly. The ambiance was stylish and extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, the pizza was too doughy on the outside, too soggy on the inside, not crispy enough, and the flour was too dark for my taste. But the taste was okay.

The staff was very nice but the food and drinks were not good. The cheese and tomato sauce werent very tasty and the dough was very heavy. My spritz was extremely strong to the point I could not drink it.

A Neapolitan-style pizza, but with little of a Neapolitan feel... starting with the fior di latte mozzarella. Fast and precise service, BUT to make us understand that we had to leave because they were closing, they threw open the door (and we were eating at one of the tables near the door) and it was 2 degrees outside!!! Chilly 🥶

Fancy a simply delicious pizza with salad, delivered by friendly and fast service at extremely reasonable prices? Even the house red wine was delicious. Three stars for the "simplicity" of the restaurant, which isn't really a disadvantage when you sit outside on the terrace. I'll be happy to come back.

18/03/2025: Il ristorante rifugio si trova ai piedi della pista che scende dal Ciampinoi. La location è caratteristica e dopo esserci stati al termine della giornata sciistica abbiamo deciso di ritornarci per cena. Si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi dal centro di Selva accedendo attraverso un piccolo sentiero che conduce al ristorante. L’atmosfera è qui di suggestiva sia all’esterno che all’interno, molto tranquillo e rilassante. Lo staff è molto gentile, disponibile e fornisce buoni consigli sui vini. I piatti sono ben preparati. I costi sono alti ma nella media della zona.
18/02/2025: Gran Stinco con chucrut. Hamburguesas y pasta de trufa negra también es genial. Personal amable. Bonito ambiente sin música.

28/09/2025: Great selection at reasonable prices. Large pancakes/Berliner/Krapfen!! Pretzel €3.50, filled pretzel €3.50 No restroom!! Recommendation: Hazelnut Florentine (€3.10) and apple strudel!!!
04/09/2025: I was enjoying gelato at a gelato shop next door when I saw the pizza looked delicious, so I went in. The oven-warmed pizza was delicious, and I also ordered something similar to a Korean potato pancake, which was hash brown, and it was just right. There were only a few tables inside, but we were lucky enough to get a seat, and the waitress who greeted us was incredibly friendly. Even though it wasn't a large pizza, the waitress smiled and accepted our request for a slice! Thank you!
