I have known this bakery since the 80s and I have always found great professionalism and great attention to the raw materials used since Pietro Poletto. The work was successfully carried out by his sons Francesco and Claudio who were able to further innovate the quality and assortment of products, thanks to rigorous and constant training and updating.
