Focacceria Pasticceria Il Focaccino In Genova

I'm almost tempted not to leave a review, so as not to spread too much about this place and risk losing access to their products... but it's only fair to give credit where credit is due. I've tried so many, and this is undoubtedly the best bakery in Genoa. Not just the focaccia—which is amazing—but also the pizza, mini pizzas, cheese focaccia, meatloaf... everything is exceptional. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is truly friendly. Even though I don't live in the area, I try to stop by whenever I can.

Focaccia as it SHOULD BE!!! Number 1 🥇👍🏼 Unfortunately, it's changed a bit over time. Not bad, but certainly not number 1 anymore 🤷‍♂️

Of all the products I tried, I really enjoyed the farinata (among the best I've ever tasted) and the cheese focaccia. The Genoese focaccia, however, wasn't exactly my cup of tea. As for desserts, the baci di dama are delicious, with a fantastic hazelnut flavor!
