Loved this place! Have been there half a dozen times over the past two weeks. Amazing prices, great taste, friendly couple running it. Often a line, but it goes fast, and an extra bit of wait is worth it. Most people get their sandwiches to go, but some regulars stand inside to chow down.

Panino of dreams. Lovely service. I ordered a Panino con panelle e crocchette which is a vegetarian sandwich with chickpea fritters (wow) and potato croquettes (yum). The bread was perfection. Fresh, with a crisp crust and delightfully soft on the inside. The fillings were magic - although fried, it tasted fresh and flavourful. This is possibly the best sandwich you will ever have.

I recently returned from a sandwich shop I absolutely admire, and I have to share this discovery. I tasted a sandwich with panelle and spleen that left me speechless. The flavor? Explosive. The expertly cooked spleen melted in my mouth, while the crispy panelle provided the perfect contrast. The real magic, however, was the speed with which it was prepared: in the blink of an eye, I had this delight in my hands, warm and fragrant, ready to be devoured. And at this price, it's hard to ask for more.

I had a "paninu cu a meusa zitu." It was delicious, a true delicacy. Served in 30 seconds by the truly friendly and helpful staff. It will be a regular stop every time I return to Agrigento.
