I'll skip the sandwiches, as there's no need for a further review. However, I do want to focus on the professionalism and kindness of the people behind the counter, their innate patience, which is far from a given when dealing with hundreds of customer requests.

The best milza panino (pani ca meusa) I've had in Sicily, much better than the famous one in Palermo. We took the opportunity to drink some good cold beers and try other delicious paninos, although I especially recommend the milza panino. Paninos between €4 and €5 66cl beer €3 Wonderful

Varied panini menu, including spleen (which is a very popular local choice, apparently). Sandwiches are freshly made with a crusty bread roll. Good quality and tasty.

The best sandwiches in the area. Good, fast, and friendly service. You can eat in, but the space is small. If you order to go, they even give you a note so you know which one is yours.

20/07/2025: We dined at Sal8 and I was delighted with the welcome and hospitality of the staff. The food is divinely good, the staff attentive and French-speaking, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I recommend it without reservation. Bravo to the entire team.
19/07/2025: It's not just a restaurant, it's an experience. Exceptional dishes with indescribable flavors. Excellent service: attentive, but never intrusive. The welcome glass of wine was much appreciated. The appetizer, in my opinion, captured the original essence of this restaurant: intriguing combinations, sensational textures, and flavors you can't understand until you try them. We live in Lombardy, but we hope to be able to return specifically to eat at this special place once again. Congratulations and thank you for everything.

20/08/2025: Osteria Porta Palermo is a true gem: a small but elegant restaurant with a warm, family atmosphere. The staff is exquisite, friendly, and always available. Service is fast and attentive. The appetizers are exceptional: beautifully presented and full of authentic flavors. A wonderful discovery... we'll be back! Appetizer and two fruit first courses for €30
20/08/2025: Restaurant just steps from Sciacca's historic center. It offers traditional local dishes, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. Welcoming staff, excellent value for money.
