02/10/2025: We chose to celebrate our second anniversary at Pino Cuttaia's La Madia restaurant, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We opted for the "Scala dei Turchi" tasting menu, and every course was a true surprise: dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, balanced, and full of personality. A tasteful journey that is much more than just a simple dinner, but an experience worth experiencing at least once.
Compliments also to the service: the waiters were always attentive and thoughtful, making the evening even more special. A special thanks to Pino Cuttaia, who so kindly went from table to table to ensure everything was perfect.
An unforgettable memory that we will cherish forever.

02/10/2025: This is my experience at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, and I must admit that before finishing dinner, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. We chose the blind "Scala dei Turchi" menu, which included eight savory courses and two sweet courses. The technical level was extremely high, with excellent ingredients placed in excellent hands who knew how to showcase them with skill and love.
This menu has only one flaw: it's a menu with actual portions, not tasting portions! So, I recommend stopping by for those who, like me, have a good appetite but aren't used to eating multiple courses. I wasn't able to finish dessert, and for that, I'm a little disappointed! Because the Chef delighted me with every dish, and I'm sure he would have done so down to the last bite.
