What can I say...if you're in the Varazze area, you can't stop at Focacceria 45. There's so much to choose from, from plain focaccia to stuffed ones, a delight for every palate, not to mention the very kind sales assistant!

The focacceria is centrally located and convenient, and the pizza is good. However, the prices are incredibly high, and when we received the bill, they asked us to pay in cash without issuing a receipt. This behavior is perplexing and ruins an otherwise pleasant experience. It's a real shame, because the product is worth it, but the management isn't transparent.

We were in Varazze for two days and for two days pizza, focaccia, savory tarts, wide choice, always and only here!!! Everything delicious!! 😋

Super golosa ! Abbiamo assaggiato praticamente tutto e tutto merita. Non solo le focacce ma anche le torte di verdura. Personale super gentile, ci hanno anche omaggiato di una confezione di prodotto locale. Ottima scelta !

04/08/2025: A small restaurant, but with very friendly staff and good pizzas. I ordered the Capricciosa pizza, which was served with salami instead of ham. Luckily, we had dinner again later, and the Quattro Stagioni was also on the menu then—essentially the classic Capricciosa. The pizzas are delicious, affordable, and the restaurant is located in a charming courtyard on the shopping street.
30/07/2025: Very good pizza, excellent service! Great atmosphere! We really enjoyed it.

Da Alfredo a Varazze

06/08/2025: Cena super da Alfredo a Varazze: vista mare pazzesca, atmosfera elegante ma rilassata. Ogni piatto una vera bomba, da chiudere gli occhi e goderselo. Marina semplicemente perfetta: sa tutto, ti guida senza mai essere invadente ed ogni piatto diventa un’esperienza. Un posto VERO, tutto fatto per bene. Torneremo di sicuro per assaggiare tutti gli altri piatti del menù. ♥️ BRAVI!!!
30/03/2025: Veniamo spesso da Alfredo perché i piatti sono ottimi, creativi e ben presentati ! Staff molto cordiale. Oggi abbiamo apprezzato un amuse bouche eccellente: una polpettina tiepida di guancia di dentice con mayo al limone. Poi abbiamo scelto due primi squisiti: fusillone di granano con crema ai ricci e risotto acquerello con vaniglia, zafferano e gamberi viola. Un’ottima scelta al porto di Varazze !
