Even 10 years after my last visit, this place is still as I remember it: cozy but a bit hazy when it's hot outside, the noise level also a bit high, the service quick and very friendly, the excellent food (goulash soup! veal head!), and the drinks menu (grappa!) worth showing off. In any case, it's one of my favorite addresses in Kaltern.

From the moment we booked, Robert, the owner, was very helpful and kind. The food is sublime, Michelin-starred. The ribs and potato rosti are especially recommended, and the desserts are equally delicious. Thank you, Robert, for the limoncello you offered us. If we ever return to Alto Adige, we will definitely see you again.

Supert service. Var fullt når vi kom, men det tok kun kort tid før vi fikk bord. Godt atmosfære både inne og ute blant vinrankene. Veldig raskt servering av drikke etter bestilling. Entrecôte og gulasj’n var helt ypperlig. Tar ikke kort betaling, men var fleksible med betaling.

Tolles Ambiente und nette Gastgeber. Auf Wunsch wird sogar vegetarisch gekocht. Und ja, Parmesan ist nicht vegetarisch 😉

10/07/2025: A very nice little restaurant. It's tucked away in a small alley, in a lovely courtyard. We had focaccia, homemade lemonade, and a non-alcoholic craft beer. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you're in Brixen, you have to go here!

05/09/2025: Tlò Plazores is as unique and authentic as the family that runs it! We chose Plazores for our wedding reception in July. Everything was perfect. Uli created a custom menu for us using the locally sourced products available at the time, a seasonal and refined menu with respect for local products and exceptional, expertly crafted ingredients. The aperitif included local cured meats and cheeses, and the unmissable Canci Checi! The service was also perfect. The staff were professional and very attentive. They recommended the best pairings for our dishes, and each one was better than the last, perfectly matching every course. We also stayed with the family in their wonderful apartments above the restaurant. We couldn't have asked for more; they provided an unforgettable experience, and that's worth more than anything!
