It is the best pizza for dough and variety of proposals in Ravenna. As it is very popular, you need to book in advance. There is no cover charge but the cost of the drinks far recovers it.

Gabriele Interior architect, Style director of ATELIER OF ARCHITECTURE, architecture and design brand, I choose this pizzeria for the quality of the "Roman" pizza, particularly thin, well cooked and so digestible that you could eat two. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Vast selection of beers, including "zero" ones, now very widespread and in demand. Pleasant place, but much improvement in terms of acoustics. Architecturally it is refined but would deserve a refresh and a new image even with only small style changes. A place where I always happily return, also for the lightness of the pizzas. You can always park nearby.

Nel prodigo mensis di nebbia padana quale ricopre canonicamente la rura mi reco, con i miei cari amici, da Field, inno a festeggiare risultati accademici. Entrati senza prenotazione la Maitre ci accomoda in una tavola fornita, ma non completamente apparecchiata, sufficientemente distante dagli altri clienti da non essere assoggettati ad ascoltare i loro sofismi. L'ottima accoglienza è ben accompagnata dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del cameriere quale, prese le ordinazioni, torna presto sottile portando seco più pizze di quanto le mani consentono agli esperti. In una serata infrasettimanale ci è stato permesso di restare più tempo di quello generalmente necessario per la consumazione. Personalmente non accuso insulse lallazioni da parte dei dipendenti, quali invece mi sono sembrati molto cortesi, a dispetto di quanto detto da altri clienti.
