Entrati senza prenotazione la Maitre ci accomoda in una tavola fornita, ma non completamente apparecchiata, sufficientemente distante dagli altri clienti da non essere assoggettati ad ascoltare i loro sofismi. L'ottima accoglienza è ben accompagnata dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del cameriere quale, prese le ordinazioni, torna presto sottile portando seco più pizze di quanto le mani consentono agli esperti. In una serata infrasettimanale ci è stato permesso di restare più tempo di quello generalmente necessario per la consumazione. Personalmente non accuso insulse lallazioni da parte dei dipendenti, quali invece mi sono sembrati molto cortesi, a dispetto di quanto detto da altri clienti.

Finding himself passing through Ravenna, the style director of ATELIER OF ARCHITECTURE, an architecture and design brand, chose the Field pizzeria, ring road at Molino n°128, for dinner, having arrived after an endless working day. The venue appears sober and informal and at the same time particular in terms of color choices and type of furnishings. Improvable but enjoyable. The soundproofing, despite the presence of panels that denote sensitivity to the problem, should be reviewed globally. The staff are very kind and quick, the operational part for making pizzas is very efficient with three operators, thanks to whom you are served quickly. Excellent very shallow pizza, so called "Roman style", excellent cooking, quality ingredients. For fans of this type of pizza, this pizzeria is certainly a top-level reference in the historic Romagna city of Ravenna. Ravenna was the capital under the Roman Empire. Rich in splendid mosaics created inside wonderful basilicas. Here it is possible to choose between many types of flours for the dough which is always very digestible. This vast possibility of selecting your favorite dough further raises the level of this pizzeria, which among other things also offers dishes directly from traditional cuisine.

Too noisy environment, not suitable for those looking for a quiet atmosphere

This ristorante pizzeria in my city in Italy changed a few names and managers over the course of a few decades, as far as I can remember, but honestly it never disappointed me when it came to eating any dish, and especially the pizza 🍕. I like it a lot because The dough is usually more stretched compared to other pizzerias, and I love this because it improves cooking and makes it more digestible. The ingredients are top quality and people usually come from out of town. I highly recommend it 👌

It's a restaurant, but the pizza is unique.

Wonderful pizza, different from the usual. They always have a blackboard with specials off the menu. Quiet place and friendly staff.

Pizza not tasted as desired: the negative note was the too long wait. I'll call at 5pm to book 2 takeaway pizzas for 8.15pm as the cinema starts at 9pm. they give me the ok but once I arrive at Field here's the surprise: having to wait 30 minutes for our pizzas and lost movie!!!! despite asking and having unprofessional answers from the guy at the checkout "They're coming now we're busy"!! If I hadn't paid immediately I certainly wouldn't have waited. More professionalism in methods and times is recommended, especially if lacking.
