Nothing much. Excellent ribs, cooked to order (the best thing), soft polenta with no taste, overly mature cheese (too much!), raw salad not seasoned but they don't bring you oil or salt... quite friendly service (I'm not saying good )... the waitress with a smile anyway (mess due to the rain). Bathe outside to look for them...

A super nice, friendly, quick, attentive service staff. Super delicious food. Although there were a lot of guests there, the staff was always very friendly. We will definitely come back next year when we go on vacation to South Tyrol, even if we have to travel 90 minutes by car again. Kind regards to Martina

The food was much better than in some restaurants. Service very friendly and attentive. Virtually no waiting time. Special feature: a huge grill and still in operation!!!

A beautiful mountain hut with typical and very good dishes. It is definitely worth the climb, which is also pleasant, to reach it.😊

Were at the Alm last week. Despite the large number of visitors, the service was friendly and fast. The food was very tasty and there was even a schnapps at the end :-) The location is really great and good for hiking with children. We'd love to come back

It is a mountain hut that offers many dishes. Very busy (almost too busy for our tastes). But it's worth going through.

25/08/2024: The hospitality was great, all the employees were very approachable, service-oriented and friendly. Excellent food, excellent breakfast, good and very clean room, great garden, ... We'd love to come back!
22/08/2024: Every time we return to this hotel we are more and more satisfied. We have been coming for more than 10 years and Irene and Angelica are very thoughtful, they pamper us every time. The spacious room with sitting area has another smaller, communicating room for my son. We used the swimming pool, sauna and bicycles every day. The breakfast is rich, the buffet well presented with local products and excellent cakes. All exceptional!

30/08/2024: Very kind, even to our disabled friend. There isn't the usual loud music. Stunning panorama, games for children, animals. The spätzle was good and with lots of mushrooms.
27/08/2024: Rifugio ben visibile accanto al Summer Park e all'uscita della seggiovia la Crusc. Disponibilità di tanti posti sia interni che esterni. Nonostante la grandezza risulta molto pulito e curato. Molto buoni i piatti tipici quali wurstel con patatine e cancì, con possibilità di chiedere mezza porzione per i bambini. Buone uova speck e patate anche se con un po' troppo pepe. Veramente eccezionale il risotto alle erbe fuori menù! Personale gentile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti.
