Fermento pizza & fritti In Salerno

I ordered fried food from this place and it was absolutely delicious! Delivery was super fast and the packaging was perfect. The fried food was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just how I love it. The service was efficient and courteous. I highly recommend trying these fried foods, you won't regret it!

Spectacular pizzas, incredibly light and truly delicious. Impeccable service from the guy. We ended up with a slightly uncomfortable seat outside, but since we didn't have reservations on a Friday night, it was fine. Quick turnaround, good pizza, and a super cute interior. Highly recommended if you need a quick bite. Fair prices.

The place was excellent, the pizza was 10 points. The cook gave me a dirty look when I walked in from start to finish. I felt discriminated against. This was Monday night, July 21, 2025. Next time, I'll have a ñapi.

They say that the best pizza in the world is in Naples at Sorbillo's pizzeria. I liked the pizza here better, probably the best I will ever taste. I 100% recommend. It was delicious and super cheap and the staff was super friendly. So unfortunate we are only spending one night in Salerno because we would have ate there every night. There is no comparison! Exceptional pizza, well cooked and super light dough. The place is small, but it presents itself very well. Comfortable and quiet outdoor space to eat with table service. The menu is vast, special and seasonal pizzas available. The flagship are the fried foods: handmade, very fresh, wide selection and not at all greasy fried food. Very fast, clean and friendly staff. Home delivery also available. I will be back!

Given the subjectivity of taste, for me one of the best pizzerias in Salerno, its pizzas are light, easily digestible (you don't feel thirsty after eating it) as they are well leavened, anyway compliments to the guys at FERMENTO.

The pizza is light and tasty...and the fried foods are spectacular!!!!
