Excellent restaurant/pizzeria in Sora! The pizzas are excellent and well-leavened with delicious and unique toppings! We tried the Trentina, the Fermento, and the new Aroma, Aura, and Zafferana! I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the desserts, too! The tiramisu was excellent, and the Sicilian granitas are a must-try! Highly recommended!

Dinner for four, arrived early, with the room almost empty, they asked for a reservation and after hesitating, they made us sit. Ordered the pizzas we chose simple beer without a particular aftertaste, instead they brought us a very strong beer ... nice environment furnished with taste that however does not correspond to the mise en place with a spartan taste. I also had the penalty that the pizza base (very good and well leavened) is pre-cooked ... the topping is made with good quality materials. Price slightly high in proportion.

The atmosphere of this place is delightful, a real pleasure for the eyes. The pizzas are delicious, with fresh ingredients and a remarkable dough.
However, I unfortunately have to point out a sore point: the wait for our pizzas was really excessive. A full two hours seemed like an eternity, especially considering how hungry we were. I understand that the place can be crowded, but such a long wait inevitably dampened the initial enthusiasm a bit.
If the waiting times improved, this place would have all the potential to be great.

Very pleasant and clean place a stone's throw from the center of Sora, with attentive and kind staff. Wide choice of pizzas, both traditional and innovative, of excellent quality and with a highly digestible dough. The supplì are also excellent!

Il personale è gentile, educato ed accogliente.
Locale molto curato, pulito e con una bella atmosfera.
Abbiamo assaggiato le loro chips squisite e la pinsa che è veramente buona.
Da provare se non ci si è mai stati e da tornarci in caso sia stato già provato :-)
