Fantastic evening for Sora. We discovered this place on a trip with friends and didn't hesitate to book, convinced by various positive reviews and ratings. Really kind and punctual staff, excellent and delicious burgers taken by my friends (one was called "Alghero", full of delicious broccoli). I, however, ordered the pizza of the same name as the place, the "Fermento", with raw cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella strips (the photo of which I attach), I also recommend the "Halloween" with pumpkin, sausage, gorgonzola and mozzarella taken from a friend of mine, although all tastes were tempting. I will definitely be back to try more things. The dough is light and easy to digest, heartfelt compliments to the chef and the pizza chef! Go and enjoy a splendid meal in this unique pearl of Ciociaria and you won't regret it for sure.

Truly cutting-edge place! The coolest in Ciociaria when it comes to gourmet hamburgers and pizza. Both dishes are perfectly worthy of the location, everything is taken care of in detail and the flavors leave nothing to be desired. How can we forget the Home-Made desserts, with their characteristic taste and genuine flavour! Recommended place😘😘😘

Excellent pinsa, crunchy dough on the outside and soft on the inside, carefully prepared ingredients. Special mention for my vegan pizza: by booking in advance (better the day before) on request they always prepare excellent pizzas with seasonal ingredients (an amazing one with pumpkin cream, porcini mushrooms, red cabbage and chickpeas) Chef and staff always available and kind, in short, a highly recommended pizzeria!

Pizza stra buona e personale over the top. Dolce anche molto curato nei dettagli. Pizza digerita in meno di 20 minuti, leggerissima con un accostamento di sapori spaziali.
