Fermento in Sora is a pizzeria that stands out for its young and modern design, creating a welcoming and contemporary atmosphere. The menu is well structured and manages to satisfy even the most demanding palates, offering a variety of pizzas that pay homage to tradition with a touch of innovation.
I had the pleasure of tasting a pizza with ham, burrata and confit cherry tomatoes: a unique tasting experience. The creamy burrata paired perfectly with the sweetness of the confit cherry tomatoes, while the ham added a savory note that rounded everything off excellently. The capricciosa ordered by my partner was an excellent interpretation of a classic, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients.
The real star of Fermento in Sora, however, is the tongs: well hydrated, crunchy and highly digestible. The result of careful research and meticulous work is evident, making every bite a pleasure.
A little advice to the owners: it would be nice to see a wider selection of drinks, in addition to the craft beers already present. Finally, praise for the hygiene of the place, which is impeccable and certainly one of the strong points of this pizzeria.
In conclusion, Fermento in Sora is a place where design, taste and quality meet, offering a high-level culinary experience. We will definitely be back!

All’ inizio il locale è molto accogliente.
Il servizio è molto simpatico e veloce.
Le patatine sono molto grandi e gustose come antipasto é molto buono!
Se siete amanti di hamburger vi consiglio il panino New York con pane cinque cereali, hamburger 200 gr, insalata,pomodoro,ketchup e maionese.
Invece se siete amanti di pizza vi consiglio bianca con zucchine e fermento tutte e due molto buone.
Come dolce vi consiglio tantissimo il semifreddo al pistacchio é veramente buonissimo!!
At Fermento we tasted a pleasant pinsa. The care taken in the choice of ingredients and the attention to the quality of the product is evident. The appetizers are also of a good standard. Courteous staff. I would recommend this place for an aperitif, rather than for a dinner that requires longer entertainment times and more generous portions.

Prohibitive prices without justification, we ate 3 small pizzas, 4 snacks, a French fry, water, a beer and a small coke for more than €80!!!

I recently discovered this place and I can't do without it anymore. I ate pizza and sandwiches, both delicious, this evening I wanted to try their new entry, the fermento platter. Everything is delicious and in addition to the usual cured meats and cheeses, there are many delicious, well-cooked things. Congratulations, see you soon!
