Delicious cured meats and meats

Unbeatable value for money. This restaurant offers exclusively pork and wild boar. All animals are raised ethically and responsibly, and the quality of the meat can be felt in every bite. The cold cuts platter is very varied, with delicious cold cuts, all of which can be purchased in vacuum-packed packages. What about the grilled meat... I come back every year for their wild boar capocollo, I've never eaten anything so good... soft, juicy and tasty. The other cuts of meat are also very tasty, the only comment I would like to make is regarding the cooking of the bombette which I would have liked cooked more. Despite this they were still delicious. The desserts are also very good, especially the coffee cream and the sorbet. I will be back next year, I recommend to all meat lovers.

The outdoor area setup is beautiful

Very nice location. Found by chance after disembarking in toast in a camper. Excellent food. Adequate price. Super friendly staff. They even let us sleep in the front yard with the camper! Super recommended

We had dinner a few days ago. Delicious food, unique location and very kind staff. The price is absolutely correct in proportion to the quality of the food. If I really have to find a flaw, the wine (house rosé) was not good and the service was a bit slow: the cold cuts arrived first and the bread much later and the cheese first and the jams much later but there is say that the place was full and ours was a table of 17 people so absolutely understandable. Overall, highly recommended place.

Beautiful location, outdoor tables and farm animals that make the children happy. Excellent quality food, the only "flaw" is only pork and wild boar. Excellent cooking and average prices. Recommended for a roast meat and wine themed evening!

Per due anni ci abbiamo provato, senza riuscirci: sempre pieni. Ieri finalmente, abbiamo potuto cenare in questo angolo nascosto dell’alto Salento. E abbiamo capito tutto! Certo che è difficile trovare posto! Si mangia all’aperto, in uno spazio bellissimo, curato nei dettagli, ma semplice e agreste. La grigliata è eccezionale, affettati e formaggi sono buonissimi, il servizio intelligente con una formula semplificata che rende tutto più snello e fa sentire a casa. I titolari sono accoglienti e davvero attenti. Insomma, da non perdere! Consiglio: organizzatevi per tempo e telefonate con buon anticipo. Ne vale la pena

Bel posto immerso nel verde... apprezzo il format del locale ma non lo condivido...ok i salumi ottimi ma sulla carne sinceramente amplierei la scelta e sui contorni lo stesso. Io che ad esempio non mangio carne di maiale sono stata penalizzata. Mettere nel menù dei contorni oltre che l insalata o della carne che non sia di maiale o cinghiale potrebbe essere una nota in più....
