A place surrounded by nature. You can choose your favorite cured meats from the platter... EXCELLENT, in fact, EXCEPTIONAL!!! You can also choose the meat you want grilled. During dinner, you're often approached by cats who keep you company throughout the meal... if you don't like cats, it's best to avoid dining here. For those who love nature and animals, this is the perfect place, but especially for those who really love meat.

Excellent quality products... all homemade. The cured meats are superb, and the platters are not to be missed. The roast, exclusively pork and wild boar, is excellent, and the quality of the meats is unparalleled. The cheeses and jams are also good. The desserts are decent, but it would be nice to offer something more. Their homemade bitters are delicious.

We had a platter of delicious cured meats, a platter of cheeses accompanied by an excellent fig jam, as well as bruschetta and roast meat (sweet and spicy sausage... bacon and some excellent wild boar meat and bombette 🥰)

We dined here one evening in August. For the second sitting, we sat down at 10:00 PM and ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses. We arrived at 11:30 PM, after asking what had happened to our order. Personally, there were two types of cheese, which I found to be the same, except one had extra rosemary inside, while the other had no flavor. The cured meats were good, but some were commercial. Nothing to complain about the meat, excellent. We ordered bombette (only one type, limited selection) and sweet and spicy sausage. There's no option to order grilled or baked potatoes; there's also a limited selection of drinks (like Coke Zero). There's also no dessert option, only sorbet. I personally order that after the fish. Overall, it's okay, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Beautiful farm near Brindisi, easily accessible by car. There's a large parking lot in front of the farm gates. The butcher's staff is really friendly and helpful; we let them choose for us, which was the best idea. The meat is truly delicious, as are the cheeses and crostini. The atmosphere is fantastic, especially for a summer evening; there are plenty of tables, and the place gets very busy around 9 pm, so I definitely recommend booking in advance. It's a great place to take kids; you can catch a glimpse of the animals from the veranda where the tables are set. The prices are more than fair for the quality and quantity. My only suggestion for the owners is that it would be nice to have some side dishes to accompany the meat (baked potatoes/vegetables, etc.). Otherwise, everything was perfect.
