Even tasting a simple cheeseburger (on the menu it's called Stax ❤️) becomes a very pleasant experience on the palate, STRAIGHT GOOD, an explosion of flavours, nothing to do with the usual modern sandwiches.

A gem on the Silvi seafront, where rather than eating you can try a signature culinary experience.
I've been to this restaurant/pub twice, years later, and both times I was delighted.
At Fats you can try different, new dishes that reflect the ideas and creativity of those in the kitchen. The cuisine blends an Italian, American and Asian idea into something unique where you can finally eat something that isn't always the same old hackneyed seaside cuisine.
The menu, divided between lounge and main courses, has dishes ranging from appetizers to chicken, prawn or salmon dishes and has dishes ranging between 11 and 20 euros, a decidedly fair price for the dishes offered. Besides this there are also the classic cheeseburgers, which from what I have been able to see, but not taste, seem large and enjoyable, although in my humble opinion it would almost seem like a waste to get a hamburger in a place that offers new ideas, but I imagine they deserve just as much and it is right to have a proposal for every palate.
A note on the service, important in case there are misunderstandings as happened with us: the service is carried out for a few tables at a time. I had booked for 8.30pm, but finding ourselves on the street and having seen the place open from 6.30pm, we showed up at 8pm. The waitress, however, told us that we would have waited too long for the food service and invited us to come back at the time of booking. So when we were introduced, half an hour later she apologized and explained the situation better, apologizing for not having explained herself fully. With a more relaxed mind I was able to see that having only a few customers at a time you have an enjoyable experience, the place is never crowded and there is little chaos, and the three who work, the waitress, the chef and the third person who works in the dining room and kitchen , I can dedicate myself entirely to one table at a time. Few customers, great experience. Furthermore, still talking about the service, I really appreciated that the waitress was keen to specify when a dish might have been too spicy or to advise not to take something tasty first and then a dish with a delicate flavour, perhaps rather inverting them. It denotes a service and cuisine that cares.
At the end of the evening, the chef from the splendid fully open kitchen also asked us if dinner had been an enjoyable experience.
I wasn't able to taste various beers and spirits, on this I trust from the long counter that they have a good selection, it's up to you to decide if you ever go there
One last note, perhaps less important but I wanted to specify. I really appreciated the fact that, although the place follows the classic industrial style of pubs, it was neither dim nor noisy, there was light to see each other's faces and beautiful music pleasantly expanded by the audio system integrated into the ceiling. Not to be underestimated in a place like this.
Overall, 5 stars, it's an experience I would have more often if I lived nearby
