They change the staff too often, the pizza is never the same, sometimes the mozzarella is inedible and chewing gum, it has gotten much worse

Excellent pizza, made, in my opinion, with top-notch ingredients. The beers are good. The place is really large, so it's also suitable for large groups. Prices are definitely above average.

Large outdoor parking and easy access even with wheelchairs and strollers. The staff is kind and attentive. The menu is for real gourmets with promotions even for business lunches. The food is well presented, but the real PLUS are the beers. I gave the food 3 because the cutlet I had had been marinated in beer too much and since I don't drink beer I couldn't eat my dish. My husband's meat was good, but the last piece was too sinewy. The price of the dishes is not exactly cheap, but it seems high to me also because I couldn't eat my dish.

We often stop by for a good pizza, beer and dessert (which we split in two tonight). Organic brewery, really digestible pizza with any type of dough and well-filled. We usually take the Porcini (sautéed, excellent 😋).

29/06/2025: Friendly staff. Fast service. Good pizza. I also recommend the salads accompanied by an excellent focaccia (see photo). Sunday evening you do not need to book if you arrive early. Saturday is better to book.

13/08/2025: A little chaos is to be expected in the lobby of a pizza place basically feeding an entire stretch of Abbadia neighborhood. The fancy pants restaurant up the way wouldn't even let me order takeaway. Period. The pizza I brought home was stupendo; a lot of bang for a standard margarita. And they made the crust ben cotto, just as I like it. Just please lose the noisy stereo music featuring auto tune pop and (blechhhh!) Maroon 5. Grazieeeee
