The menu is very varied, and their red pizza is amazing. The XXL cutlet is truly a surprise. The kids' area is very interesting. The Christmas decorations make it even more intriguing. The pizza is really well cooked.

We dined at Birreria Pedavena in Levico Terme twice and it was a very pleasant experience. The place is spacious, welcoming, and well-organized, with the typical atmosphere of a historic brewery that always makes it a great place to be. The food was good, with generous and tasty dishes, accompanied by excellent beers. The service was quick and friendly. The waiters were super friendly. The prices are in line with the offerings. Overall, a solid choice for a casual evening, recommended to those looking for good food, excellent beer, and a convivial atmosphere.

We dined here several evenings as hotel guests, trying a variety of dishes. The pizza is really good, with a variety of doughs to choose from. The other dishes, however, are all chain-style. Being vegetarians, we didn't try the meat (perhaps the chain's strong point). The pasta dishes were a bit bland, while the vegetarian sandwiches weren't good at all and were also quite expensive. The restaurant is very large, and the waiters are very fast and run between all the tables to serve and take orders. One room also hosts children's shows.

While I understand the stress of the workload, it's not pleasant to see or hear, especially in a place frequented by families. The cashier, who I assume is also the owner, seems very rigid and inflexible in his management, a somewhat cold approach. Conclusion: Overall, a good experience, especially recommended for families thanks to the dedicated children's areas. With a little more attention to the staff's language and a more flexible approach at the cash register, it could be even better.
