27/08/2024: This restaurant, the Galea Tower Caves, is located right in front of the tower. Indeed, the owner's family owned the tower before he decided to donate it to the municipality. I went for lunch, and I chose an appetizer which, as you can see from the photos published, was of excellent quality. Everything, absolutely everything, was of great taste. My wife and I split the starter in two. Then we each had a first course: I had the scilatelle with sauce and sheep ragù, excellent; my wife had ravioli with ricotta flavored with truffles, all accompanied by a half liter of good red wine. Coffee to finish. The price, for what we got, is 50 euros. This places the place on a high range, in terms of quality but also price. My compliments to the owners, who are two affable and nice people.
