I go often because the focaccia is really good. I recommend the shrimp parmigiana, which is excellent. The staff is very friendly. The Maca Meda IPA beer is also good. Recommended.

A great place for breakfast, lunch, or an evening chat with friends. A clear and concise menu, affordable prices, very friendly and helpful service—even on your first day at work—and a cozy atmosphere. The drinks could be a bit bigger :)

11/10/2025: As a Venetian at heart, I can honestly say this is the best spritz in Sardinia... I've been stopping at Carlofoforte for events for three years now, and I can't help but stop here for a spritz... unlike the ice-filled, tasteless glasses you find everywhere, at Mikimax, the spritz is served just like in the Veneto region! The price is the usual one on the island, but at least the quality is remarkable! I find the service courteous and friendly, and it's a pleasant aperitif overlooking the sea!

28/09/2025: After a motorcycle tour of the island of San Pietro, we stopped at this little restaurant in Carloforte, recommended to us by a local bar. It was a great choice. I also loved the menu I'd seen by chance, which seemed appropriate. Tuna and octopus for an appetizer, a trofie pasta with a tuna pesto whose aroma alone made it worth a second try, a grilled tuna dish worthy of a true saltimbocca, and wine to suit your taste. What can I say about the service? Excellent and attentive, and prices in line with the location. For those who want it, it's just a stone's throw from the ferry. Beautiful day.
