Good ice cream but terrible service. Considered an extra ice cream in the final price and paid €3 for a cup with half a scoop of lemon for a small child. I won't go back

I've been following Esquimao since the inauguration, I went to middle school, I still remember the vouchers they gave out for free ice cream. My favorite flavor is COCCOLO "how much I love it". With the passage of time, however, apart from the pampering, it has lost a little for me "I understand the search for original tastes, for raw materials that absolutely must not be missing" but perhaps today it has become "too particular". Obviously I express my personal opinion which may or may not be shared. Another flaw is the obligation of 2 scoops no longer 1, but despite everything "when I eat the COCCOLO" everything vanishes because the COCCOLO will be and will remain the best of all because it is a simple classic taste, but with excellent raw materials!

Esquimau®, which in French means "ice cream for walking", was born in Pordenone in 1987 by a master ice cream maker who can boast of having excelled in the Ice Cream World Cup in 2012. The choice of the name Esquimau and its specific creation indicate a certain type of work as well as the intention to offer traditional Italian ice cream which found its best historical image in Paris, in the image of Café Procope. The success of the product is the constant and direct research towards the satisfaction of the palate, starting from the accurate and meticulous choice of raw materials and their study. This has been the concept from the beginning. The activity still continues in the belief that there is always something new to build and propose. Philosophy. Each Esquimau ice cream is born from a creative project which has as its basis the choice of excellent quality products, with the utmost respect for the processes of nature, and extends to the attempt to translate an emotion into taste through the sensorial combination of flavors which determines the personality of each individual flavour. The tension of going beyond the boundaries of taste is expressed by Esquimau in seeking flavors inspired by music and poetry. At Esquimau® they are keen to let you know that only organic milk from Cansiglio and organic eggs from the Dolomites are used for production. Therefore an extraordinary attention to guarantee raw materials of high quality standards. Source: Esquimau® official web page As regards the taste test I conducted, I must confirm that the product has very delicate, delicious and genuine nuances of flavours, in an ensemble of very well balanced flavours. All the flavors I chose had unique characteristics that stood out pleasantly on the palate, without being cloying or too strong: almost a caress for the taste buds that fully and naturally preserved the peculiarities of the added ingredients. Honorable mention for the PGI hazelnut used as raw material: a real delicacy. The flavors offered tend to be classic ones but processed in such a way as to enhance and enhance them as best as possible. Furthermore, the consistency and creaming were of a good standard and the creams maintained that pleasant softness that makes Esquimau® ice cream a product of excellence. I end by reporting that Esquimau® also offers scercrema stick ice creams and miniature ice creams of its own production and that the quality/price ratio is absolutely convenient as the prices are in line with market prices, indeed, even more competitive, and the portions are very generous. Overall, Esquimau® is an excellent takeaway ice cream shop and a point to refer to to pamper yourself with a sweet and delicate note (in music).

Ice cream shop, unique for the quality of the ingredients, for the wisdom of the dosages; due to the lack of chemicals; for the continuous search for new mixes and recipes. The owner was a world ice cream champion. It's not enough to eat just any ice cream, maybe just because it's in the nearest place. Knowing how to choose is essential.
