All the flavors I chose had unique characteristics that stood out pleasantly on the palate, without being cloying or too strong: almost a caress for the taste buds that fully and naturally preserved the peculiarities of the added ingredients. Honorable mention for the PGI hazelnut used as raw material: a real delicacy. The flavors offered tend to be classic ones but processed in such a way as to enhance and enhance them as best as possible. Furthermore, the consistency and creaming were of a good standard and the creams maintained that pleasant softness that makes Esquimau® ice cream a product of excellence.
