A welcoming and familiar place, with a very nice and kind host. Excellent wine combined with simple and genuine culinary proposals, with local products. All immersed in the magical atmosphere of San Donato. Only one thing you shouldn't do: ask for a spritz!!😂

The place is very beautiful, with the wall with restored stones. In the summer it is cool inside while in the cold season there are no problems because there is a small wood stove that heats the whole room making your stay comfortable. It is also possible to eat or drink outdoors due to the presence of external tables. WINES: there is a large variety of wines to taste and with the help of Marco "tartufo" (Sommelier and owner) you will surely choose the wine that best suits your tastes. Furthermore there is also prosecco. BEERS: there are craft beers FOOD: the cuisine is traditional, onions, meatballs with sauce, soup, platter with local cured meats and cheeses and much more to taste All very good! The restaurant is located in a central and easily accessible position. I highly recommend you try this experience in this ancient "cellar".

Il locale è molto carino, con la parete con le pietre ripristinate. D’estate all’interno si sta freschi mentre con la stagione fredda non ci sono problemi perché c’è una piccola stufa a legna che riscalda tutto l’ambiente rendendo conformante la permanenza. È possibile anche mangiare o bere all’aperto per la presenza di tavolini esterni. VINI: c’è una grande varietà di vini da poter degustare e con l’aiuto di Marco “tartufo” (Sommelier e proprietario) sicuramente sceglierete il vino più adatto ai vostri gusti. Inoltre c’è anche il prosecco. BIRRE:ci sono birre artigianali CIBO: la cucina è tradizionale, cipollata, polpette al sugo, minestra, tagliere con salumi e formaggi del territorio e molto altro da assaggiare Tutto molto buono! Il locale si trova in una posizione centrale e facilmente accessibile. Vi consiglio vivamente di provare questa esperienza in questa “cantina” antica.

The wine selection is exceptional, with a particular focus on local products from Lazio, as well as a wide range of Italian and international labels. The staff is extremely competent and passionate, always ready to recommend the right wine to accompany the dishes or simply for a tasting. It is the ideal place for those looking for a special evening, whether it is an aperitif or a complete dinner, combined with high quality wines. An experience that conquers not only the palate, but also the hearts of those who visit you.

09/08/2024: A Family We download the Marriage app by chance. com, we came across Le Mimosa catering that I knew about, me through hearsay and my husband because he had had the chance to taste their cuisine. We immediately contact Luisa who invites us to meet at Villa Ecetra. We immediately hit it off. Confirming the impression I had on the phone. Luisa, sweet, accommodating and with extreme passion for her work, shows us how everything would happen and without thinking much we decide to have HER and her amazing staff with us on our day. Attentive, professional, with experience to spare, they confirmed every single thing on the wedding day. attention to every detail, from the welcome buffet to table service during dinner. Corners with attention to the smallest detail, impeccable service, wonderful staff, Annarita amazing, sweet and attentive to us MARRIED couples who had little time to dine because they were busy with guests, music. Not obvious but only to add points to their service, the attention given to the children's table who were served impeccably and giving them absolute priority. Highly recommended. A week later I would get married again just to have them by our side. Thanks again Luisa, Mauro, Annarita and all your staff. Chiara, Andrea, Emanuele & Elisa

Trattoria Viecce a Trova Fiuggi

22/09/2024: Good food, plentiful. We took a km.0 appetizer, a porcini mushroom ribbon, a smoked scamorza with porcini mushrooms, a dessert, a water and a beer. There was a small mistake on the starter as we had asked for one to share but instead they brought a platter with two portions but, being very good, we certainly didn't struggle to eat it all.
15/09/2024: We were just there today. A restaurant for all tastes. I felt great there. Mrs. Maria's welcome was spectacular. A very sweet person with a lot of patience with people like us who don't know what we want from life. 🤣🤣. Anyway we ate very well. All good. I recommend one thousand percent. I also put a couple of photos to show not only the goodness of the food, but also the beauty of the dishes. Thank you so much. A super good Sunday lunch.
