From the first meeting she proved to be attentive, empathetic and very competent, putting me at ease and explaining each step with great clarity. 28/05/2025: I went to the Amplifon center in Crema to accompany a relative of mine who had been having hearing difficulties for some time, and I must say that the experience was more than positive from every point of view. Thanks to doctors Erika and Fabio we immediately felt like we were in the right place. Furthermore, the recommended hearing aid proved to be discreet, comfortable and very effective: it significantly improved her quality of life, giving her back the pleasure of actively participating in conversations. The after-sales service also proved to be up to par: regular checks, immediate availability and a lot of attention. In short, I highly recommend it.
