I was passing by and stopped in, also because it had been recommended to me and I must say that it deserves its fame, a very nice place, excellent service, I had some small pastries and they were really delicious..!!

I'm in Val Gardena on vacation and was delighted to find Borsari's summer panettone. A vanilla scent and a quantity (and quality) of candied fruit that the big brands can't even dream of. As for the food, it's probably one of the best pastry shops in the province of Rovigo, in my opinion. As for the service, we've had a few small disappointments on several occasions. I'll describe one, the most recent one. Since my girlfriend and I were on vacation right now (the week after mid-August), knowing the bar was open, we came here specifically for a good breakfast. However, as soon as we entered, beyond the usual (and justified) line at the register, we found the pastry counter practically empty. A few croissants, mostly plain, or chocolate ones. No sign of the (fantastic) berry croissants or the many others they usually bake. A bit hesitant, I finally opted for one of the few cream croissants left. Not to mention the two plain coffees we ordered, which took several minutes to be served. In fact, there was only one girl manning the bar, while another girl filling a few empty croissants justified the long wait by saying, "Everyone's on vacation." It's true that it was already 9:15, but even when we left after half an hour, the pastry counter was still empty. I understand it's August, but customers (who, like us, may be coming from far away) always expect the same level of service and quality (otherwise, if it were me, I'd rather keep the bar closed...). There were other small incidents, but given the quality of the food, we'll definitely be back. I'm attaching a stock photo.

This multifaceted establishment combines a café, a pastry shop, a shop selling their products, and a small restaurant. The airy atmosphere, with large windows overlooking the garden, makes you forget you're in an industrial area. The vegan brioches are excellent, and the barley is delicious. We also stocked up on sweet treats while passing by the shop.

A charming place, ideal breakfast in a truly welcoming atmosphere, a must-visit on my trips to Veneto. Extreme professionalism and sweetness coexist delightfully in this pastry shop.

Excellence, relaxation, class, attention to detail. Low prices compared to other pastry shops. The single portion of Sacher was really good. The fog filled with pistachio too. Very kind staff. The shop is very well stocked.
