Elena Torrefazione Caffe' dal 1863 In Sanremo

I was rather confused when I turned up at Elena. Reading the reviews I thought it would have a restaurant. This is just a factory with a small shop. We bought some beans as we know the coffee and CONAD just sells one type. It is fantastic coffee. But no bar or restaurant with this one! (I asked and the gave me the name of two restaurants where they serve their coffee, but none are by the sea!)

Friendly discussion with the owner and purchase of coffee but unfortunately the quality and taste were not there after consumption. Visit possible it seems but not during our visit...

Torrefazione Elena has been active for a long time. His coffee is fine. I frequent many bars that use his blends for its value.
