It's a tiny and very charming place with folklore design. They serve local food, which includes several sausage dishes and different bean soups and goulash served with delicious rye bread with caraway seeds. I recommend the bean and sauerkraut soup. Vegan soupd are available. You may also taste some local beer. If you prefer tea, there are different teas and infusions available.

Castel Pergine

09/07/2025: Beautiful castle overlooking Pergine Valsugana. They host art exhibitions year-round and this time the town hosted a very nice festival with arts, plays, and concerts. The courtyard is beautiful and a nice place to relax. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The beds are a bit hard but sleepable. The location was an issue for me, to get to the castle you use a single lane road up a hill. If two cars meet, one has to reverse to a point where they can pass. My car did not fit the castle entrance, so I reversed down the hill and parked at an unattended parking spot. A staff member graciously helped me with my bags. Muchas gracias Eduardo! Hasta la proxima! Overall a good experience and I recommend Castel Pergina if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, or romantic place for a short trip.
07/07/2025: Great for a quick getaway. History, art and nature are mixed together. Very well promoted by local associations.

03/06/2025: We were there for dinner today, and it was simply perfect. Friendly, unobtrusive—fantastic service! The taste was absolutely excellent, and the prices were fair! We would come again!
30/05/2025: Lots of choice, maybe the cooking of the pasta should be reviewed like the edge of the ravioli or, however I found it a bit expensive, kind and friendly staff, even if there were few at the other tables I had trouble hearing my friend on my right
