Wonderful pizza and staff. Period.

Dropped in on a whim whilst on holiday and was taken by surprise. A beautiful little pizzeria with simple delicious food. Very reasonably priced and the staff were amazing, very very friendly and attentive. The hygiene was immaculate, we enjoyed it so much that we went back again a few days later and wasn't disappointed

Every detail is meticulously crafted, from the classy furnishings to the meticulously designed lighting. But what impressed me most was the extreme cleanliness that reigns supreme in every corner, a testament to professional management and meticulous attention to hygiene. The staff: youthful, competent, and courteous The El Paso team deserves a special mention. The staff, composed of young but incredibly well-trained young people, demonstrates a professionalism rarely encountered. They are attentive to the needs of each customer and—a detail that is never taken for granted—they always maintain a genuine smile, making the atmosphere even more welcoming and warm. The appetizers already promise excellence: the pittule and homemade croquettes are simply divine, prepared according to the most authentic Apulian tradition with that touch of innovation that makes all the difference. But the real masterpiece comes with the pizzas. I was literally speechless! I ordered a lactose-free Cowboy with multigrain dough and I can say without hesitation that it was a culinary dream. Every bite was a true symphony of flavors, a perfect balance of superior ingredients and masterful preparation. The light and digestible multigrain dough enhanced each individual ingredient, creating an unparalleled harmony of flavors. Pizzeria El Paso in Tricase is definitely a place to include on the list of top places to eat in Salento. It's not just a pizzeria, it's a complete gastronomic experience that combines tradition, innovation, and the highest levels of quality. The desserts are also truly interesting (I recommend everyone try the artisanal spumoni)... simply astounding!!! Congratulations to the entire staff! A place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable culinary experience in the Salento area.
