Quick lunch at lago maggiore. We had the Puglian puccie, food was oka. Overall, a strange combination between name, drink and food menu. Service was correct and the atmosphere was okay.

We ate in the garden at the back of the restaurant, very nice and quite "intimate". We had two pucce salentine, very good, quality ingredients, super french fries, good and original beers. Luca, the owner of the restaurant, very careful that every guest is satisfied and happy, does his role very well. They also make a house bitter, very good and delicate. We will definitely be back!

Sunday lunch at noon, we had lunch in the very beautiful internal courtyard sheltered from the sun ☀️, the food was really excellent, the service attentive, the girl was nice and friendly, we exchanged a few words that made the stay more familiar, we will definitely return.
Only one note, more attention to the coffee, it had a lot of grounds.

Este es uno de los únicos bares en Stresa, así que mi fiesta de bodas disfrutó venir aquí. Tiene un bonito patio al aire libre en el que nos sentamos con algunas bebidas y jugamos a las cartas.

Great little place to eat. OK it looks a little small from the front and when you go in there is a fairly small bar area with a couple of tables, but, go down the side and there is a charming and attractive courtyard garden with plenty of seating. Good music is played at a reasonable volume so you can still talk amongst yourselves. Staff are very attentive and polite menu quite good and food came quickly. All in all a good place to visit.

El Gato Negro è un posto accogliente a Stresa, perfetto per una birra e qualcosa di sfizioso. Ho provato l’hamburger ed era buono! L’atmosfera è rilassata, il servizio gentile e i prezzi giusti. Bello anche il giardino interno per una serata tranquilla.
