Eat Molise In Varedo

The coffee is a little strong but the atmosphere is nice and the people are kind.

Discovered on The Fork, after last year's renovation, it has transformed from a bar and shop into a splendid restaurant with a very elegant and charming location. The quality of the typical Molise dishes is excellent, and the wine selection is interesting! The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable! Must try.

We discovered this elegant and welcoming bar/restaurant in Varedo by chance, where you can enjoy Molise specialties. It was our first time there, and we were won over by the delicious dishes. The pampanelle were incredibly soft and flavorful, as were the meatballs with sauce and tortelli with porcini mushrooms and truffle. The restaurant is only open for lunch and has ample parking. The woman who runs it is welcoming and kind, and the prices are excellent. The Molise wine is also good.

I tried this restaurant through The Fork, and even got a 50% discount. It's a nice place, more of a bar than a restaurant, with kind and friendly staff. The dishes are very good, based on Molise cuisine, but the other options also looked delicious (though not available if you use the special offer). My only suggestion: if you don't like truffles, don't choose this offer, as it's available on the entire menu!

I'll start by saying that the name of the business is wrong because it is a true Italian restaurant that has nothing to do, fortunately, with the thousands of boring "sandwich shops" present in the Lombardy region. We ate divinely and I thank "the fork" for introducing me to this simple yet authentic and tasty cuisine, namely MOLISANA... recommended with all my heart and with all my palate!
