Lovely place, friendly and attentive service, excellent food. The tagliolini with white truffle are amazing: they're expensive, but worth it.

I really liked everything about this place

We found this little restaurant by chance online. The kitchen was clean and tidy, the dishes were well-prepared, and the dining room was divided into three areas, yet still harmonious with the rest of the restaurant. We ordered grilled tomino cheese, a well-reinterpreted spaghetti with garlic and oil, and fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, two classic but well-made desserts. The waiter was very polite and attentive. Well done, I hope to be back soon.

I didn't know that DU SCALINI was enough to reach heaven... hyperbole aside, I think 4 stars are given to the maestro, 5 only to God... well, God will forgive me here, but I think this place truly deserves them all! Truly beautiful location, excellent food, amazing wine, and superb staff! Danilo was truly uncommonly kind and helpful. If I didn't live so far away, DU SCALINI would become a regular and obligatory stop. I highly recommend it and I'm sure it won't disappoint. TRUST ME

In the upper part of Fiuggi Vecchia, you'll find the Scalini restaurant, somewhat hidden down a narrow street. It's a lovely restaurant with several dining rooms; not very large, but charming. The dishes are tasty and well-prepared, and the service is excellent, courtesy of the professional staff.

The place is welcoming, as is the staff, without compromising on professionalism and quality. We discovered it by chance and returned for two nights. The quality/price ratio, given the quality, is excellent.

A gem of a stone restaurant in the heart of old Fiuggi, with a medieval character and a captivating atmosphere, discovered purely by chance during a relaxing weekend in July. The waiter who served us throughout the evening was exemplary in kindness and professionalism, worthy of praise. Unfortunately, since he was also the only person managing the dining room and the few outdoor tables, service could be perceived as slightly slow (as noted in other reviews), however, I can assure you that the wait is within a more than acceptable timeframe, in my opinion, and not at all unpleasant. Kudos to the kitchen and its chef for their truly excellent, impeccable culinary offerings. I thoroughly enjoyed their fresh pasta with truffle, which I highly recommend, as well as the wagyu carpaccio, which is truly phenomenal—I've never tasted it like this before. Overall, this place is worth a try and, certainly, a return visit on a future trip to Fiuggi.

On Sunday for lunch, I went with my wife and a couple of friends to a restaurant in Fiuggi Borgo called *Du'Scalini*. Upon entering, you can see the kitchen and immediately notice order, cleanliness, and functionality. A young man who says his name is Danilo shows you to your table. The two dogs accompanying us were very warmly welcomed, even though they aren't. Danilo professionally recommended the best Lazio cuisine, which turned out to be delicious and unique. Fabulous dessert. Fair price. Recommended. It's also in an excellent location in the Borgo di Fiuggi, so a stroll is very pleasant, especially seeing Vicolo Baciadonne. Pierino from Rome‼️
