Due Palme In Santa ninfa

I wasn't expecting all this when I walked in. The waitress was really kind and friendly, as were the lady at the counter and the chef. The food was delicious. I love small restaurants like these, where you can eat so well and feel at home. My compliments!

I was there for dinner, I was passing by and I had a fantastic pizza cooked to perfection and tasty, the staff attentive and kind, I had a tiramisu that in fact was not exactly fresh, it was from a few days before in fact the mascarpone was almost gone, but everything else was exceptional recommended.

Abbiamo scoperto il Ristorante Due Palme di Santa Ninfa grazie al consiglio di un’amica, e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti! Provenendo da Palermo, l’uscita consigliata è quella per Salemi; se invece si arriva da Mazara del Vallo, è più comoda quella per Santa Ninfa. Siamo arrivati intorno alle 13 passate in una domenica di piena estate: l’accoglienza è stata immediata, lo staff gentile ci ha fatto accomodare a un tavolo perfetto per due. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto misto abbondante e delizioso: zucchine e melanzane impanate, un involtino di melanzana, crocchetta, panella, arrosticini di maiale e una coscetta di pollo. Tutto ben cucinato e molto saporito! Come primo abbiamo diviso una porzione di busiate con stufato di carne al pomodoro, piatto tipico e davvero gustoso. Il gran finale è stato la crema catalana: una meraviglia! La crosta di caramello, croccante al punto giusto, si rompeva sotto il cucchiaio lasciando spazio a una crema vellutata e profumata. Complimenti sinceri allo chef, ai proprietari e a tutto il personale per la passione e la gentilezza. Da Palermo siamo arrivati qui quasi per caso, ma è stata una scelta azzeccatissima. Consiglio il ristorante anche per una gita estiva o un weekend nei dintorni. Il locale è chiuso solo il mercoledì. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
