I was yesterday in this wonderful structure to celebrate New Year's Eve. I congratulate the Dining Room Staff for the work done, in particular to Luigi who took care of our table in every detail, always attentive and ready for our every need. Compliments also go to the kitchen which delighted us with excellent dishes. What can I say... perfect organization. Well done everyone.

We booked the spa, massage and lunch/dinner package via WhatsApp for 12.30pm We arrive at the facility and returned from the spa and had the massage, they had not warned us that the restaurant closes at 3pm for lunch. We had to go and ask and doubts arose. So we risked not having lunch because we didn't make it in time.. In the end they apologized saying that we had booked for 12:00 and we were wrong to come late, luckily my girlfriend showed the booking chat. Positive note: excellent massage, excellent lunch.

The spa was beautiful, even if the sauna temperature was quite low. Good fish dinner. Courteous service. Poor breakfast. Convenient parking

I had the pleasure of spending time at Dubai Village and I must say it was a memorable experience. The structure is truly impeccable, with well-kept environments and an elegant but welcoming atmosphere. The real strong point, however, is certainly the staff, always attentive and thoughtful. Special thanks go to Angelo, the maitre d', who with great professionalism and courtesy made us feel at home. His attention to detail and his way of anticipating our every need made the stay even more special. The whole team, always smiling and helpful, also contributed to creating a unique environment. I highly recommend Dubai Village to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a break dedicated to relaxation and good taste! Thanks again to Angelo and all the staff for an unforgettable experience!
