The service and quality are truly outstanding. A visit to Salvatore's is always a great experience. Upon request and advance reservation, you can get a Florentine Salvatore-style. Absolutely delicious.

30/07/2025: Unfortunately, the opening hours are incorrect! Instead of 5 p.m., they open at 7 p.m. The service is friendly. The food is "okay," but it's a shame the carbonara is made with cream. In Italy, we usually only see it with egg, pecorino cheese, and guanciale. The prices are reasonable, though. Overall, 3 stars. I should try something different next time than today's dishes.
23/07/2025: This restaurant doesn't look like much. But it was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.
