02/12/2025: We visited this restaurant for a company dinner, and the experience was truly impeccable. The location is stunning, right in the heart of Bolzano: the panoramic terrace is stunning, and the entire space, meticulously designed down to the last detail, combines a modern and captivating design that immediately strikes the eye. The dinner was excellent. The homemade Schüttelbrot ravioli, filled with mountain cheese and wild herbs, were delicious: balanced flavor, velvety parsley cream, and a truly refined touch of black truffle. The Black Angus entrecôte with a herb crust was memorable, tender and flavorful to perfection. The desserts also exceeded all expectations: the "tangerine spheres" and matcha ice cream were the perfect elegant way to end the evening. A highly recommended venue for those seeking a special, high-end experience in Bolzano, ideal for both corporate events and after-dinner drinks with a view! I will definitely return with my boyfriend.
