Dolomites Geyser Restaurant Après Ski In Pozza di fassa

We went to this place for an aperitivo. The drinks were very good, and the staff was very kind and helpful, even with one of our group's allergies. The aperitivo also included mixed fruit skewers, which were very popular. The price was competitive and below average. I'll definitely return as soon as I'm in the area again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place nestled in the mountain, very kind and welcoming staff

We decided to eat one evening at this restaurant recommended by the hotel where we were staying. We were so impressed that we booked for the following evening as well. The dishes are truly special. The honey pork ribs and the burnt cabbage are incredible. Special mention goes to the always kind and helpful waitresses. If we ever return to Val di Fassa, we will definitely return.

Fantastic.... We had the pleasure of discovering it this winter after a great ski trip. Unfortunately, we returned out of season and found it closed, but it was truly a wonderful experience. The drinks were truly excellent and the facility beautiful, all it needs is a couple of suites...we would definitely book them. Congratulations indeed!!!!

Great place to chat with friends or co-workers. Excellent service and staff. The girls were really kind and nice to us :) Always smiling. We drank and ate very well. I highly recommend going there.

I went twice because the first experience was so warm & fantastic! The staff is so kind & friendly. The second time they recognized me and my dog… such a warm welcome back. The food is amazing, stylish and delicious! I love the more modern interior and vibe of the restaurant! Nice views and such nice terrace deck! Loved the people & the service! Really recommend! And you can come by car!! 🙌

It's not enough. It is a modern refuge nestled among the soft curves of the Val di Fassa, it is a terrace overlooking infinity where you can toast the sunset with a cocktail designed to excite you. Each dish is a story: short, intense, unforgettable. The ingredients speak Ladin, but the presentation borders on the design. Few dishes, zero compromises. Then comes the evening. And something happens there. The lights dim, the music rises. It doesn't matter if you skied all day or if you went up just out of curiosity. The Dolomites Geyser is like this: a place where the mountains become urban, and the cold is just an excuse to stay a little longer, drink a little better, live a little stronger......and in summer, a cool place to relax.

Ho portato mio marito a cena per festeggiare il nostro primo anniversario a inizio marzo '25. Intanto è disponibile un piacevolissimo servizio di motoslitta che ti porta dal parcheggio in paese all'ingresso sulle piste (si potrebbe fare benissimo a piedi ma per noi è stato uno sfizio divertente e romantico - 3€ a testa a/r ne vale la pena, ci hanno anche dato la copertina calda ). All'ingresso ci ha accolto una ragazza gentilissima e molto preparata che per tutta la sera ci ha deliziato di un servizio superbo (e già ci ha messi di ottimo umore). Dopo una bolla e un saluto dello chef, ci sono stati presentati piatti davvero prelibati. Dietro c'è ovviamente uno studio e delle materie prime di qualità. La carne è trattata col rispetto che si merita (*aiuto quel carpaccio di cervo cos'era*), ma finalmente sono anche disponibili opzioni vegetariane che non ti fanno perdere dell'esperienza - e il marito è contento. La location è deliziosa: sembra di entrare in una tana hobbit in mezzo alla neve, mentre dentro l'estetica è moderna ma nel rispetto del contesto naturale che la circonda. Il conto? Sorprendentemente bilanciato. E' in linea con i prezzi in Trentino, quando in realtà per noi la serata è stata di tutta un'altra classe. La sensazione è di vivere un'esperienza da stellato. Necessario venirli a trovare più spesso.

Locale all’interno arredato veramente molto bene, personale accogliente,professionale e gentile. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e hanno una carta dei vini molto interessante e di qualità che lascia ampia scelta. Prezzi allineati ai locali della valle nonostante il posto e il cibo siano di qualità (tagliatelle fatte in casa). In più c’è il servizio in motoslitta che prende e riporta alla macchina nel caso fosse un po’ ghiacciato e uno non se la sentisse di camminare (comunque fattibile camminando sono 2 minuti a piedi con strada illuminata).
