The bar is one of Brindisi's finest establishments, nestled in a strategic location in the city's most residential neighborhood. With the new layout resulting from the renovation, the establishment has taken on a much more elegant appearance, and the number of desserts on the counter has increased significantly. The welcome is impeccable, the staff are very friendly, and the owner, his wife, and son go out of their way to pamper every customer. The cakes, semifreddos, and gelato are among the specialties.

Where to spend a great time with good coffee and excellent pastries

The ice cream was not good, the frappe was also excellent, I was very satisfied.

"Dolci Creazioni" is an experience I highly recommend! Close to the airport, so convenient for those arriving or departing. The quality of the classic pastries is top-notch; we had a freshly baked pasticciotto, one of the best we've ever had in Salento! Not to mention the modern pastries, which are incredibly interesting and equally delicious! Excellent recommendation from a woman from Brindisi, and we'll definitely be back from Bologna!

As Maestro Fabio (the owner) says, "Dolci Creazioni, a symphony of emotions." It's definitely my go-to pastry shop. The highest-quality ingredients, delicious desserts, and the cakes and pastries are exquisitely presented. I don't recommend anything in particular because everything is worth trying, from breakfast to mini pastries, from cakes to single portions, from gelato to pralines (Fabio is a Master Chocolatier). The location is very welcoming, located on a quiet intersection and generally quiet. The only flaw (but no one's perfect) is that sometimes the staff, especially the more inexperienced ones, make a mess, which, with calm and politeness, will be quickly remedied.

We went to this bar for breakfast with some friends and had a great time. The place is well-stocked, and the service is fast and super efficient. The waiter was really friendly and always available: he accommodated all our requests with a smile. I would gladly return.

A good place for breakfast in Brindisi's Casale neighborhood. It's a shame the cream and black cherry pasticciotti always sell out first thing in the morning.
