Master Giovanni, always present and attentive, imparts nuggets of wisdom on the art of pastry making, sharing many interesting anecdotes from his long experience in the industry... it's always a pleasure to listen to him. And then there's the quality, so much quality, of all the products, still prepared artisanally with love and passion.
