Kindness, helpfulness, courtesy from another era that is only found up North… I called this morning and asked if, since I have the flu, they could kindly bring me some typical local products to the B&B where I am staying. The owner told me to call him back in half an hour because today being Saturday, the guys who make home deliveries in the afternoon may not be working, in fact I called back and he told me that they are not working however… that he himself, having closed the shop for a break, would bring them to me where I am staying, and so it was, thank you very much again for your kindness, courtesy and helpfulness in addition to your products which are a Guarantee!
