Kindness, helpfulness and courtesy from times gone by which up in the North... Called this morning and asked if they could kindly bring me some typical local products since I have the flu at the B&B where I'm staying. The owner tells me to call him back after half an hour because today being Saturday the guys who make home deliveries in the afternoon perhaps aren't working, in fact I call back and he tells me that they aren't working but...that he himself closed the shop for a break and would have brought them to me where accommodation, so it was, thank you very much again for your kindness, courtesy and availability as well as your products which are a guarantee!
