Excellent pizza: you can feel all 36 hours of leavening in a soft and thin dough, abundant but compact topping, with excellent raw materials, very kind staff! We didn't have time to take the photos because the pizzas were already finished!

Award winning pizza (first place world classification 2024). After your visit to Civic Museum Cabras and pristine beaches nearby do yourself a favour and eat at this pizzeria. Over 40 pizze to choose from, professionally created by the most unassuming female chef you could meet. Finally a return to thinner basedpuzza instead of the usual napoleon ones .Really a treat to find tucked away in this village in Sardegna's south west coast.

Excellent pizza for the quality of the ingredients and for the thin and digestible dough that favored a good night. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. Good value for money.

Ottima pizza tradizionale, no cornicioni esagerati ma ricca e gustosa farcitura. Cosa fondamentale si può mangiare con le mani sino alla fine, cosa oramai rara con le pizze napoletane che vanno di moda attualmente. Da non perdere le chips alla bottarga magari con un buon vermentino locale. Prezzi assolutamente accettabili, con ottimi vini a buon prezzo.
