Went yesterday for dinner with my family and a friend, as usual the Su siccu pizza was delicious accompanied by a fresh Carmis, a fantastic evening, the friendliness of the girls from the Dea Madre staff and always a pleasure to see them with that beautiful smile.

The other evening we decided to go to a pizzeria and for the first time we went to Dea Madre in Cabras. We were really curious to try new pizzas in a different environment than usual given that we had always heard more than positive reviews about this pizzeria. We were welcomed with kindness and professionalism. The environment is welcoming and with attention to detail. As soon as we sat down we started to browse the menu full of many interesting and above all inviting ideas. However, what we were interested in was not on the menu so we asked the waitress. We wanted to try the famous winning pizzas of the Pizza World Cup 2024 in Pomezia: the Eugenio pizza (first place) and the Su Siccu pizza (second place). After a short wait they arrived and all the senses were stimulated.
Both pizzas had a deliciously inviting appearance: they were rich in toppings, the Eugenio was red, the Siccu was white. An intense but at the same time delicate aroma insinuated itself into the nostrils, making the moment of tasting urgent.
The cut with the knife gave the hint of a different dough than usual, confirmed by the touch as soon as the first slice ended up in my hands. Thin and delicate dough with a particular consistency resulting from a long leavening (24/36 hours).
The first taste of the Siccu seasoned with smoked cuttlefish, citrus sauce and bottarga powder highlighted a delicate, satisfying and well-calibrated taste. In other words it was delicious! The citrus note made it unique and far from the usual seafood pizzas. I couldn't help but taste the first in the ranking: the red Eugenio with burrida, sprinkled with bottarga and parsley. I don't usually like red pizzas but this one was truly spectacular.
Needless to say, there was nothing left on the plates.
If you want to live a complete and engaging 360° culinary experience you absolutely must book at Dea Madre in Cabras, look at the menu and choose but don't forget that you must ask for the two queens outside the menu Eugenio and Su Siccu are waiting for you.
Super recommended pizzeria!

I think I've eaten the best pizza in almost 42 years right here... it's a shame it's very far from where I live... but the pizza is truly excellent... and the staff are also very courteous and attentive

The top of the top of the top. Rosy and Carla will let you into their home where you can taste one of the best pizzas you've ever eaten. It is no coincidence that it has won various awards. I recommend Eugenio, a pizza full of emotions. Try it and you will return again and again. Great girls

10/10 pizza, prawns, octopus, mussels and bottarga, first choice ingredients for quality pizzas.
The price is worth what you eat.
In Milan, where I come from, a pizza like this would cost much more than what I paid for it.
Service up to par and could be improved in waiting times.
I will definitely go back.
The pizza chef has also won awards for the quality and goodness of the product.

Locale con arredamento nella norma, personale molto cordiale, professionale e simpatico. Pizza fantastica molto buona. Sicuramente da ritornare. Bravi!!

Capitati li per caso, molte attività erano chiuse. Mangiata una pizza con salamino piccante e gorgonzola sottile e croccante come piace a me e a mia moglie, peccato che la pasta fosse un po' insipida. Comunque vale la pena andarci. Ci tornerò per provare la pizza ai fiori di zucca....mai conosciuta.
